朝食も美味しい。少し設備が古いが、それ以外は最高。Securityが良い。

出張で出かけましたが、残念でした。立地はとても良いのですが、基本的にケチで、使ったコピーカップは取り替えてくれない、使ったタオルは減っていくだけで、場合によると替えてくれない、シャンプーはあったのですが、使ったものを補ってくれない、等々、不満は多々ありました。次は使いたくない。

出張で滞在しました。立地的には良いところですが、ケチです。使ったコーヒーカップは取り替えてくれません。使ったシャンプーは、新しく置き換えてくれません。チップを置いたら少し改善されましたが、全体的には不満でした。 シルバー会員なのですが、記載されていたサービスのワインはもらえませんでした。次は別のホテルを選ぶでしょう。

設備は普通だが地下鉄駅、トラム駅まで徒歩約５分と利便性比較的良好。入口でのチェックもありセキュリティ上も特段問題はない。

3泊の滞在でしたが、家族4人で過ごすのに充分な広さが有りました。 シャワーのお湯はふんだんに出て良かったのですがシャワー室が少し狭いかなと感じました。 アメニティは歯磨きが無いので用意して行く必要が有ります。 朝食は3日間美味しく頂きました。ただ、食器の片付ける人が何も言わずにガチャガチャどせわしなく早く帰れと言わんばかりに片付けるのが気になりました。3日間滞在したその中での一人の女性でした。フロントの人も親切で他は満足でした。

朝食美味しかった。早朝に到着したが二時間ほど控え室みたいなところで待っていたら部屋の用意ができて、どうぞと言ってもらえた。旅の質問にもてきぱきと答えて頂いた。

We lost power and the air conditioning one of the days and we lost hot water on the other day. THis is the reason for my Poor ranking. It was very inconvenient as i had to go to coffee shops for internet for meetings and interviews. And, was not able to shower on the final day.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. They said early check in and late check out were not available.

Igor, at the front desk was our best experience at the hotel. He welcomed us, assisted us in getting around Prague, money exchanges and hotel amenities. The desk was covered 24/7. Breakfast buffet was included, but food was average. Disappointed that room coffee was instant. Location was near public transit and easy for taxi pickups. Lots of restaurants nearby with a variety of options.

The room we had included 2 rooms, one as the master and one with 2 single beds. This was very convenient for us and our kids.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito atenciosos e solícitos. Igor nos ajudou com muitas informações sobre a cidade.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Service was great. Front desk was very helpful. If you need to store luggage on the day you arrive or leave they will keep it secure in a room. My only complaint would be that the bed was too firm for my liking. Would stay there again.

The rooms are very spacious, only the shower is very small but it doesn’t affect the spacious of the rooms. Breakfast is really good and complete. You can visit walking the touristic places. Overall great!

Wonderful service!

Hotel is in a good walking distans from the main attractions and pubs. Around the corner from many good restaurants. Staf is friendly and fun to interact with. Rooms a bit and spacious

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty- lots of choices. A short walk from the tram network. The only issue was the heat in the bedroom during the night despite it being only March. Opening the window wasn't an option due to traffic noise and air conditioning was not turned on.

Great hotel

Our stay at Praga 1 was absolutely perfect! Excellent correspondence with staff prior to our arrival. We were able to make Airport transfers arrangements without any problems. Early check in available. Rooms were very clean and a quiet hotel in a perfect location. We will come back again in the future! Excellent hotel!
