Great view!

海に面した部屋はとても気持ちがいい。カイコウラの海山を見ながら、ベランダで朝食。キッチンもフルキッチンに近い。室内も快適。たた、不要なジャグジーがあったりして、値段的に高めの設定である。

海沿いの部屋で、大きな窓より海が見えて朝から気分が良い。 ホエールウォッチングの事務所から3分位の位置にあり便利です

Great location ... excellent value for money

Great location being a short (and gorgeous) walk from the main part of town. Reception was very kind and efficient with our check in. Overall a wonderful experience!

Luxury rooms are a little tired. In need of a refurbishment. The man on reception on arrival was not welcoming and I suspect that this was due to our booking via Expedia.

I was overcharged by the receptionist of this hotel. She took money out from my bank which I didn't authorise. She didn't communicate to me correctly and I felt disadvantage. I won't recommend this place to anyone else. Customer service is poor, lack of empathy and respect.

A very brief stay, room was ok, if a bit small. Arrived at 8pm and left at 7am the next morning.

What a delight to stay here. It was the perfect ending to a trip away. The photos do not do it justice. The seats in the lounge were very comfortable Stress less recliners. The bath tub was huge. No cutting corners in this hotel.
