チェックインする場所と部屋が離れており、最初は戸惑いましたが、場所も便利で車も止めやすくてよかったです。バスタブはない部屋でした。

Room wasn’t as pictured - no bath which was why I’d booked it, and it was described as ‘shower/bath’ but was only a shower. Staff a bit rude at check in, and also when I asked for the bottle of wine Expedia had added as a frequent traveller VIP perk. Then they gave me a $10 bottle of wine. Overall just a bit disappointing.

Perfect location and a very easy check in process at the hotel across the road. Access to car-parking great. Rooms a little tired and needing some renovations but serve their purpose.

Apartment was clean but very tired. Advertised as penthouse but needs an upgrade to match description. Broken tiles in bathroom, curtains didn't close properly, door locks to balcony were loose. I've previously stayed in another apartment here and its condition was much better.

Leaking air conditioner & had to change rooms 2 x room had leak from ceiling over night onto clean clothes put on chair to wear next day plus air conditioner also leaking in unit

The location could not be better, restaurants, markets and Constitution Dock, all a very short walk away. The room was clean, large bathroom and the kitchenette was useful. Free car parking is a bonus! I would visit again for my next Hobart trip.

Bedroom was on a street where people were walking past midnight talking loudly Reception was not in the same building !! Had to cross the street as it was part of another building Albeit historic street and property- the standard was quite average

room a bit outdated, bathroom too - taps from 2000s, TV is old plasma TV ....come on guys it is 2025..... Booking too pricy and the worst stay in TAS on the 4 day trip

This property was okay for our needs…I was expecting more for that money.

We had a great stay-very clean comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff.

Great location - so we keep coming back. One bedroom appt was very spacious, well equipped and serviced daily. Part of the historic Lenna hotel across the road, with access available to guest of this appt.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious. Drinks in the Chandelier Room at the Lenna added to a very pleasant stay. Excellent location - fascinating historic area.

Nice staff and great location. Rooms in need of a renovation/refresher. Shower was hot and cold and no water pressure. Heater was on 30 but took 2 days to get to temp. Kitchen kettle and utensils in need of an update.

Close to markets and restaurants. Clean and tidy.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and unfortunately this time does not compare to the first. This time the room was small, smelly and noisy (air con & fridge) In saying that the room was very clean and tidy. The free parking and convenient location was the sole reason we picked this property and this did not disappoint.
