素晴らしいロケーション

グラシア通りから徒歩圏内であり、周りにはレストランやスーパーも充実しているため、大変便利な立地です。 各部屋インテリアが異なるようで、宿泊した部屋はブルーのライトが照明として使用されていました（ブルーのライトのみ消せます）。 部屋もバスルームも広く、ゆったりと寛ぐ事ができました。 窓側の壁側にテーブルが備え付けられており、食事したり荷物の整理をしたり等々大変便利でした。 スタッフの方々も気さくな感じで気持ちよく滞在する事ができました。

Awesome Stay

女性のひとり旅での利用です。 観光地が徒歩圏内なのと近くにカフェなどもあり助かりました。 冷房もよく効き、冷蔵庫もあり、お湯もしっかり出て有り難かったです。 心配していたトコジラミもおらず、とても快適に過ごせました。 治安面も不安になることはありませんでした。

このホテルに3泊しました。チェックインのあとはすぐに部屋には入れたのですが、そのあとカードキーが動作せずに部屋には入れませんでした。専用の器具で直してもらいましたが、また次の日に入れず。結局、部屋には入れたり入れなかったりを3日間繰り返しました。入れないときは、いちいちフロントに行って係員を呼んできてととても時間がかかります。本来は、早めに部屋を取り替えるべきではないでしょうか。フロントに何度も抗議をしましたが、部屋を変えるという選択肢はなかったようです。 部屋はとてもきれいで良かったです。ベットが広すぎて、部屋の他のスペースが狭く感じました。 場所もグラシア大通りからも近いですし、カタルーニャ鉄道のProvencaからすぐなのでカタールにゃ広場にはすぐに行けます。 部屋の鍵の件以外は良いホテルだと思ったのにとても残念です。

今回4泊しました。部屋は広めで周りは静か、オシャレな雰囲気です。コンビニも近くにありレストランやバーも沢山あります。街の中心地で地下鉄に乗れば観光スポットは30分以内、空港からも電車とメトロで意外と簡単に着きました。ホテルのスタッフも感じが良く色々と対応してくれました。ただ部屋にポットが無く、毎回1階でお湯をもらっていました。　バルセロナは明るい人が多く、治安も悪いとは思いませんでした、是非又行ってみたい所です。

空港送迎バスで残念なことがありました。ホテルから空港へのバスが40分以上遅れ、「地下鉄で行く」と言うのを「大丈夫」と引きとめられ、結局乗り遅れました（国内移動だったのでまだ良かった・・・）自己責任とはいえ、信用しただけにちょっと残念でした。また、清掃係の方がガムを落としたのか、連泊の２日目に床にガムが落ちており、びっくり。４つ星ホテルなのに・・・好印象だったけに残念でした。

Foi ótimo. Não tivemos nenhum problema, funcionários muito solícitos, só a tv que não conectava no Wi-Fi, mas acabamos ficando pouco no quarto mesmo

Beautiful and clean hotel in a central location. Unfortunately the AC went out in my room. The front desk personnel offered a much smaller room with no view and I declined. The weather was just cool enough to leave the window open for one more night. Nothing else was offered for compensation though; not even a cocktail or breakfast. The toilet needs fastening as it rocks back & forth. You can also hear the next room quite well from the bathroom which was a little weird. The friendly cleaning staff were excellent! For this price point, I would expect better maintenance of the facility.

Great location and nice small rooms.

A mon arrivée l’hôtel m’ a chargé 60$ pour la taxe de séjour mais sur ma facture c’est bien écrit 40$ pas 40euro

Nice hotel in a good location. Room was spacious, bathroom and shower were large, air conditioning worked great (was here in a heat wave), and front desk staff was very helpful. Some normal wear and tear was present in the room, indicating it's been a while since remodel, but it was very clean and well maintained. Great place.

Close to many places and restaurants.

The hotel was clean and centrally located but it was very cold in our room; we were told there was not heat only air conditioning (I am not disputing the truth in that, just giving all the details). We were quite uncomfortable; meanwhile our friend's room was very hot. The staff was very friendly and there were a lot of shops and restaurants close by.

Ac keep room cool

Wasn't able to enjoy the contenintal breakfast as it was unavailable when I was greeted my front office staff in the morning over luggage handling which was something that was originally offer. The staff at check in and out we're not very welcoming and often responses were a bit rude based on the either color of my skin or the language I spoke. I'm not at all enthusiastic about visiting the establishment for a second time.

Waren eine Nacht im Hotel ! Perfekt im Die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden ! Personal war sehr helpful, Zimmer geräumig und sauber ! Komme bestimmt wieder !
