グラシア通りから徒歩圏内であり、周りにはレストランやスーパーも充実しているため、大変便利な立地です。 各部屋インテリアが異なるようで、宿泊した部屋はブルーのライトが照明として使用されていました（ブルーのライトのみ消せます）。 部屋もバスルームも広く、ゆったりと寛ぐ事ができました。 窓側の壁側にテーブルが備え付けられており、食事したり荷物の整理をしたり等々大変便利でした。 スタッフの方々も気さくな感じで気持ちよく滞在する事ができました。

Awesome Stay

女性のひとり旅での利用です。 観光地が徒歩圏内なのと近くにカフェなどもあり助かりました。 冷房もよく効き、冷蔵庫もあり、お湯もしっかり出て有り難かったです。 心配していたトコジラミもおらず、とても快適に過ごせました。 治安面も不安になることはありませんでした。

このホテルに3泊しました。チェックインのあとはすぐに部屋には入れたのですが、そのあとカードキーが動作せずに部屋には入れませんでした。専用の器具で直してもらいましたが、また次の日に入れず。結局、部屋には入れたり入れなかったりを3日間繰り返しました。入れないときは、いちいちフロントに行って係員を呼んできてととても時間がかかります。本来は、早めに部屋を取り替えるべきではないでしょうか。フロントに何度も抗議をしましたが、部屋を変えるという選択肢はなかったようです。 部屋はとてもきれいで良かったです。ベットが広すぎて、部屋の他のスペースが狭く感じました。 場所もグラシア大通りからも近いですし、カタルーニャ鉄道のProvencaからすぐなのでカタールにゃ広場にはすぐに行けます。 部屋の鍵の件以外は良いホテルだと思ったのにとても残念です。

今回4泊しました。部屋は広めで周りは静か、オシャレな雰囲気です。コンビニも近くにありレストランやバーも沢山あります。街の中心地で地下鉄に乗れば観光スポットは30分以内、空港からも電車とメトロで意外と簡単に着きました。ホテルのスタッフも感じが良く色々と対応してくれました。ただ部屋にポットが無く、毎回1階でお湯をもらっていました。　バルセロナは明るい人が多く、治安も悪いとは思いませんでした、是非又行ってみたい所です。

空港送迎バスで残念なことがありました。ホテルから空港へのバスが40分以上遅れ、「地下鉄で行く」と言うのを「大丈夫」と引きとめられ、結局乗り遅れました（国内移動だったのでまだ良かった・・・）自己責任とはいえ、信用しただけにちょっと残念でした。また、清掃係の方がガムを落としたのか、連泊の２日目に床にガムが落ちており、びっくり。４つ星ホテルなのに・・・好印象だったけに残念でした。

Ubicación excelente, cuarto muy pequeño pero acogedor. Solo dejan 1l de agua para toda la estancia lo que me parece muy poco servicial. No hay nada de amenidades de baño, solo el jabon para manos y jabon para pelo y cuerpo (?). Esas pequeñas cosas son importante para los viajeros de negocios y la verdad me quede muy decepcionada.

I was very appreciative of the friendly supportive staff. The hotel is extremely well situated for all activities and sights in the city.

Easy to walk to Shops and tourist sites nearby excellent restaurant across the street named something Joan

Stayed here pre cruise. Lovely. Karla at reception was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Terrible - insect in room no internet and water falling through ceiling

This was our first hotel of our 11 day trip. Our room was not very cool despite having the a/c on. It was clean, but the rooms seemed a bit old. It was very confident to everything, and lots of restaurants around there .

Very good spot in the city, close to La Rambla and nice restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean, although there was some mold at the bottom of the walls.

Bom hotel, mas um pouco sobre avaliado para um 4 estrelas. Amplo, limpo e confortável, mas café da manhã bagunçado, amenities fracos e ambientes simples. Opção interessante a depender do preço.

impaired and slippery bath. No leg room for the toilet. Poor bathroom setting and tidyness overall. Based on the quality, the room is overpriced.
