La chambre est propre et dont la perspective du balcon est magnifique. La cuisine est aussi delicieuse.

Non si poteva riposare il pomeriggio e la mattina dalle 09.00 non si poteva piu dormire per lavori di manutenzione con martello elettrico , immaginate i rumori. Reclamando ka risposta è stata : abbiamo dei problemi

had to pay 24 dinars tax even though i have tunisian citizenship, first room they gave us was filthy and not cleaned whatsoever, and the gym looks like it wasn't maintained since the 90s. breakfast was really good though

Front desk staff not very friendly or helpful

Costumer service is a huge Opportunity.

Hotel needs to upgrade a lot of there services such as cleaning and food quality . For a 4 star hotel it needs a lot of renovation as well because the rooms are absolutely old and not clean . Not a lot of food options and quality is poor . I wouldn’t call it a 4 star to be honest and i’ve been to Yasmine Hamammet many times .

Point positif : Le restaurant était un vrai point fort, avec une cuisine de qualité et variée. À améliorer : L’état des chambres laisse à désirer. Elles semblent datées, comme si elles n’avaient pas été rénovées depuis longtemps avec un mobilier très vieux.

Excellent service du personnel, en restauration beaucoup de choix, les chambres ont juste besoin d’être rénovée

Erste Nacht war mies. Abgenutztes Zinmer, Klimaanlage defekt. Danach bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer und alles war in Ordnung. Essen sehr abwechslungsreich. Schwimmbad top. Service sehr aufmerksam. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.
