このレビューをはじめて書こうと思ったほど、大変満足の行く滞在であった。65㎡だったか広さは十二分。家内と6泊。新しく内装はデザインされており大変綺麗。このホテルの開発について賞を受賞しておりメダルがロビーにかかっている。交通は地下鉄A線のNamesti Miru駅から3～4分。トラムはNamesti MiruまたはJana Masarykaから3～4分。トラム22番はプラハ城にも行け便利。トラムの4番に乗ればヴルタバ川を渡ったAndel停留所前は、超大型ショッピングモールのNovy Smichov。空港からはタクシー650Kc程度。アパート形式のためハウスキーピングに干渉されないので荷物の広げ放しも問題無い。但し、清掃・シーツ交換は週1回、タオル交換は週2回。このため、バスタオル等は自分で干す（広いのでOK)必要がある。またトイレットペーパーも無くなりそうになったらフロントに言う。入浴中バスタブ壁に据え付けのシャンプーが空になりこれは困った。しいて難点を言えば、体洗い用のタオルが無いこと。タオルはフェイスタオル、バスタオル、トイレに小型の手ふきタオル、キッチンに布巾、それだけ。私はいつもナイロンボディタオル（垢すり）を持ち歩いているので問題無かったが。Belgicka通りとZaｈrebska通りの角にあり、入り口はわかりにくいがセキュリティは万全。交差点のはす向かいにはパブ風レストランがあり、夜遅く着いても食事可能。その前にはカフェーがある。Zaｈrebska通りを半ブロック程上がるとイタリアンレストランと向かいにもレストランがあり、食事には事欠かない。Zaｈrebska通りを3ブロック上がるとトラムの通るFrankouzska通りで、Namesti Miru駅との間に小さいながらスーパーが２軒あり朝食の調達にも便利。なおホテルの朝食は本当の簡単なコンチネンタルで10ユーロ。着いた夜は翌朝分を注文したがその後はスーパーで調達した。物価は安い！ フロントは英語が良く通じ親切。無線LANも良くつながった。Webチェックインした搭乗券のpdfをフロントにmail添付で送りプリントしてもらった。洗濯・乾燥機も6台くらいあり便利だが、日本人には使い方が今一だった。使い方は教えてくれるが、日本のセンスとは異なる。以前Expediaから予約して宿泊したSan Jose(正確にはSunny Vale)のSt. Francis Arms Apartmentsもアパート形式で、米欧の方式の違いはあるが、最近はこの種のアパート方式が好みだ。帰途のタクシーはどうやら専属契約の車を呼ぶようで、来るまでに時間がかかるので予約しておくと良い。

We especially booked this hotel because it had air-conditioning and that came really handy in the heatwave at the end of May. The room was large with a kitchenette. It would have been nice if they had made beds and freshened up the room daily - there was a process involved of writing what we needed doing and hanging it in front of the door by 11am so we didn't bother. We did tell 3 different people at reception that we wanted another milk capsule for coffee but they wanted to sell us a whole bottle of milk. I don't think the people at reception are meant to help (not their fault, it is most likely designed that way by the management). There was another lady who wanted something to keep her room door open as she was on crutches but they weren't able to help her either. All these issues are minor for us though. The curtains in the room were thin and didn't cover the windows properly so there was a lot of light at the crack of dawn. I would suggest eye masks if this bothers you. The area around the hotel is very nice with lots of non-touristy, good value restaurants - some Michelin recommended. Some have good value lunch deals - I recommend the meat options (not pasta) at the Guardina restaurant. The hotel is a few stops on the tram to the centre.

Very clean hotel and spacious

La suite exécutive était spacieuse et très très éclairée en plus d’un petit balcon ou lorsque nous ouvrions les fenêtres, on pouvait entendre le bruit de la VIE aux alentours!! Seul petit point à améliorer serait quand même de nettoyer le plancher du petit patio car plusieurs pigeons se font un plaisir de …vous comprenez! b

Large family room. The hotel has been apartment hotels before so the rooms are on the larger side.

Very clean room, well equipped kitchen, spacious and affordable in a very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and amenities nearby. Very close to metro and tram stations. Safe and clean area.

This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Complete 10/10 not a single bad review. From the amazing room, the amazing and welcoming staff, the details of the hotel in general. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Loved the professionalism of the team members as well as the fabulous location and great room interior!

Petr was so very helpful during our stay especially in ordering airport transportation, luggage storage while waiting for our check-in time on our day of arrival and on our day of departure, he helped us with our departure arrangements. His professionalism calmed our travel anxiety greatly!

Property is well modernized, has a washers and dryers, rooms are air conditioned and are well equipped. It is in a good and quiet neighborhood. Staff is very pleasant and helps you with anything you need. Highly recommend!

Arrived at the Hotel after flying from the west coast of the US and lo and behold they oversold the property and have no room for me! The rebooked me at a sister location which was not were I wanted to be in the City and not the “Vibe” of the original property. I would avoid this hotel and the chain as they care more about revenue than your comfort and business.
