このレビューをはじめて書こうと思ったほど、大変満足の行く滞在であった。65㎡だったか広さは十二分。家内と6泊。新しく内装はデザインされており大変綺麗。このホテルの開発について賞を受賞しておりメダルがロビーにかかっている。交通は地下鉄A線のNamesti Miru駅から3～4分。トラムはNamesti MiruまたはJana Masarykaから3～4分。トラム22番はプラハ城にも行け便利。トラムの4番に乗ればヴルタバ川を渡ったAndel停留所前は、超大型ショッピングモールのNovy Smichov。空港からはタクシー650Kc程度。アパート形式のためハウスキーピングに干渉されないので荷物の広げ放しも問題無い。但し、清掃・シーツ交換は週1回、タオル交換は週2回。このため、バスタオル等は自分で干す（広いのでOK)必要がある。またトイレットペーパーも無くなりそうになったらフロントに言う。入浴中バスタブ壁に据え付けのシャンプーが空になりこれは困った。しいて難点を言えば、体洗い用のタオルが無いこと。タオルはフェイスタオル、バスタオル、トイレに小型の手ふきタオル、キッチンに布巾、それだけ。私はいつもナイロンボディタオル（垢すり）を持ち歩いているので問題無かったが。Belgicka通りとZaｈrebska通りの角にあり、入り口はわかりにくいがセキュリティは万全。交差点のはす向かいにはパブ風レストランがあり、夜遅く着いても食事可能。その前にはカフェーがある。Zaｈrebska通りを半ブロック程上がるとイタリアンレストランと向かいにもレストランがあり、食事には事欠かない。Zaｈrebska通りを3ブロック上がるとトラムの通るFrankouzska通りで、Namesti Miru駅との間に小さいながらスーパーが２軒あり朝食の調達にも便利。なおホテルの朝食は本当の簡単なコンチネンタルで10ユーロ。着いた夜は翌朝分を注文したがその後はスーパーで調達した。物価は安い！ フロントは英語が良く通じ親切。無線LANも良くつながった。Webチェックインした搭乗券のpdfをフロントにmail添付で送りプリントしてもらった。洗濯・乾燥機も6台くらいあり便利だが、日本人には使い方が今一だった。使い方は教えてくれるが、日本のセンスとは異なる。以前Expediaから予約して宿泊したSan Jose(正確にはSunny Vale)のSt. Francis Arms Apartmentsもアパート形式で、米欧の方式の違いはあるが、最近はこの種のアパート方式が好みだ。帰途のタクシーはどうやら専属契約の車を呼ぶようで、来るまでに時間がかかるので予約しておくと良い。

Loved the professionalism of the team members as well as the fabulous location and great room interior!

Petr was so very helpful during our stay especially in ordering airport transportation, luggage storage while waiting for our check-in time on our day of arrival and on our day of departure, he helped us with our departure arrangements. His professionalism calmed our travel anxiety greatly!

Property is well modernized, has a washers and dryers, rooms are air conditioned and are well equipped. It is in a good and quiet neighborhood. Staff is very pleasant and helps you with anything you need. Highly recommend!

Arrived at the Hotel after flying from the west coast of the US and lo and behold they oversold the property and have no room for me! The rebooked me at a sister location which was not were I wanted to be in the City and not the “Vibe” of the original property. I would avoid this hotel and the chain as they care more about revenue than your comfort and business.

The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The place was very clean and had all the amenities for a traveler. It was also very conveniently located in the city and getting to places was a breeze. Ernest,Pytr, and Ariana were absolutely fantastic. Thank you!

I booked Mamaison Belgicka but the reservation was changed at last minute to Mamaison Downtown. The air conditioner did not work for the first night but was fixed the next morning.

The biggest downside about Mamaison is that they don’t have a kitchen so the breakfast is poor

Tivemos uma excelente experiência. Ficamos em um apartamento amplo, limpo, camas confortáveis, banheiro o cozinha bem equipados com todos os utensílios. Café da manhã simples mas suficiente. Um pouco longe do centro mas servido por uma excelente rede de TRAMS e metrô. Tudo ótimo!

Property locates on a quiet street but easy to get to and have good restaurants nearby. Guest rooms are nicely furnished and maintained. All looks fairly new. Spacious living / bed rooms, and ample closet and draw space. Breakfast is continental style but adequate. Staffs are friendly and efficient. We arrived early in the morning and we're able to check in which is very nice.

El hotel está muy bien, el único punto a considerar es el desayuno ya que no está muy variado, solo es desayuno continental.
