スタッフの対応がすごく良かった

受付の人が親切でよかった。 壁が薄いから、若者が騒いでいる声が聞こえてうるさかった。

ホテルは完璧です。快適な滞在でした。町の中心部から離れていますが、バス停が近く不便は感じませんでした。難点は周りが普通の住宅街の為フィレンツェらしさは感じられなかった事です。

ホテル自体は至って快適でした。しかし、 駅でフィレンツｴに到着される方は、歩いてホテルまで２０分ほどかかります。また、市街の観光地へも１０分程歩く必要があるので、歩くのが苦にならない方にお勧めです。

旧市街に程近く静かで良い。 スーパーも近くにありまた良い！ 朝食にサラダが無いのがちと残念。 便座の高さが日本人には高すぎ！

Quarto bem grande e espaçoso. Fácil acesso a qualquer lugar a pé. Muito bom. Recomendo

Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand, aber zu einer Hauptverkehrstraße gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

3 star as expected. Clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. Few noisy late night customers.

The hotel seems dark and dingy but is clean and the rooms are serviced daily. The front desk staff is friendly and excellent and was able to readily answer all of our questions. The breakfast provided at the hotel is excellent and filling - better than most I have had in Italy. The location is very convenient to public transportation around Florence as well as to and from the airport and central train station (the tram is one block away). There is a convenient supermarket and pharmacy at the corner with an extremely helpful, English speaking staff. (They immediately spoke to me in English when I attempted to converse in Italian.) There is a restaurant next door run by a guy from Naples that was top notch - good food and service.

Everything was good but only thing was Wi-Fi was awful..

the downstairs and the elevator were not clean, the hallways and stairs were rundown and dirty

It was nice, supermarket near, good room amenities. The only thing was that is a little bit far from main attractions but the hotel was nicr

Close to the center in walking distance. Free parking just outside hotel. Hotel is just outside ZTL zone.

The hotel is a good value. It is clean and well located. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. I recommend it.
