一日なか抜けで二泊利用。一泊目は排水管の詰まりで散々な思いをし、最低ランクの評価をつけたがその後のメールでの対応が迅速丁寧、かつ返金にまで対応して頂き誠意を感じた。今回の評価はその対応への評価。ただ、やはり現地にスタッフが一人も居ないため何か問題か起きた場合は悲惨であるが、何もなければバンフ近郊での滞在には十分である。道に迷う心配もない。二泊目のロッジは排水だけでなくシャワーの水圧も俄然良く、正直当たり外れはあるようだ。 Thankyou for sincere correspondence for the other night's stay. The restroom and shower wasn't draining at all and there's no one there to help you. The office building (without staff) closes at 22:00 meaning that we 5 adults had to spend a night without any restroom. We took any method to contact someone but no one cared to help us. The email was'nt read, the security staff didn't give report to the hotel staff, and the letter we left after check out was thrown away. It was totally unbelievable. This place seems to care nothing about the guest.

3年前に滞在して快適だったので再びここに4泊したが、今回は快適とは言いにくかった。前回は1階の客室だったが今回は2階。 フロントにチェックインすると客室清掃が終わっていないので1時間後に来て欲しいと言われる。それは構わない。1時間半後にチェックインするとハウスキーパーが台所回りの消耗品(洗剤、スポンジ、布巾等)を補充し忘れている。フロントにもらいに行く。部屋の電灯を付けると、リビングのソファ横の照明の電球が切れている。電球をもらいに行く。次は入り口横のクローゼットの扉が壊れて閉まらなくなる。フロントに再び修理の依頼に行く。修理は翌日に行われるはずだったが翌日はメンテナンスの人の都合が悪かったとかで翌々日に修理された。いずれも大したことではないが、商業的に営業しているコンドミニアムにしては客室メンテナンスの状況が悪いのではないか。 客室はあまり清潔とは言えない。カーペットは古びている。バスルームの床はいい加減張り直した方がいいと思う。部屋の隅のほこりは掃除された感じがしない。食洗機はフィルターに洗い物のかすが詰まっていた。自分で掃除した。 ハウスキーピングは1週間に1回。それは構わないが清掃の仕方が杜撰である。せめて客室ごとに掃除機を置いてくれたら自分で掃除できるのだが。

とにかく部屋が広い。 今回活用した間取りは、1Fが1DK　2Fが2ﾍﾞｯﾄﾙｰﾑ。(キング×1，クイーン×1，ｿﾌｧｰﾍﾞｯﾄ×1) 家族5人が楽に泊まれます。

リビングも広く、ベットルームも２つあり、キッチンも設備コンディションは最高でした。 客筋もよく団体客は見かけません、部屋の防音も完璧です。 ホットスパも予約貸切で快適でした。

コンドミニアムタイプの部屋でダブルベッドルーム、広くて使い切れませんでした。 キッチンも広く、料理したい人にはオススメ、ゆっくりくつろげます。 車があれば、キャンモアのスーパーが近いです。 ただ受付の人の説明が速くて聞き取れない。

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario. Muy ruidoso al estar al lado de la autopista. Los pasos de los vecinos también se escuchan por la noche. Te dicen que vayas descalzo pero el suelo está pegajoso.

Enjoyed our stay here

Our family enjoyed staying here close to Banff. Communication with the host was easy. There were two very nice grills, outdoor seating area and fire pit right outside the door. Our unit was on the first floor but would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to access. We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful and convenient location for a Banff vacation. Rooms are clean and well kept. Would highly recommend for anyone that is planning a Banff National park vacation.

have stayed here before. one of my favorites to stay in canmore

The accommodation was fine but definitely showing some age. Check in was contactless. Recieved a text from staff seeing how everything was in our 1st hour of arrival. Responded that there was issues with the toilets. I tried calling the number no answer. 3 hours latter i got a call back.seeing if we would survive. No effort or offer to back things better. And then in the morning there was a drone flying around the property at the height of the upper windows. Which was concerning considering the windows in the showers have no covering.

Great place, but lacks amenities (eg. Pool). Our unity also had a leak under the kitchen sink and the kitchen faucet sprayed everywhere, which made a mess on the counter

This is the best deal for your money. Location is very convenient 5 min from downtown Canmore and just before the Banff park gate. I find all condos much bigger than what you would get in Banff or Canmore for the same money. I stayed in several apartments at Boundary Lodge and all are very well equipped. I highly recommend this place for any season. This is our favorite place to stay at on our ski trips.

The house is clean with everything you needed. Staffs is helpful. But the location is ok. Closer to Canmore than Banff. Nothing around, need to prepare and plan ahead. Don’t forgot bring all your food and drinks!! Nothing around.

Great hot tub, excellent views, units were clean and very nice

The Banff Boundary Lodge was a great place to spend the weekend! We would stay again!!

Overall the property is fine with what I paid for.
