リールが初めてでしたので 結構広いし、見どころ満載で 再度訪れ、再度宿泊したいとは思いますが、、、

ネット予約の宿泊条件は朝食付きでしたが、実際は宿泊と朝食は別でした。ネット予約の宿泊費より、ホテル代は安かったのですが、それでも朝食代入れてすこし高く払うことになりました。 ホテル自体はまた宿泊したいです。 部屋は広いし、ベッドも大きいし、朝食もおいしく、夕方ベッドを作るときに、ミントをくれたり、アメニテイもエルメスです。 部屋のスリッパは１２ユーロでロビーで売ってる高級品ですよ。 もう一つ難をいうなら、窓を開けて寝たら蚊に刺されて夜中ちょっと眠れなかったです。

「クラシックなヨーロッパのホテル」を予想していましたが、実際はモダンとクラシックが融合した面白いつくりでした。 部屋はクラシックで、ロビー、フロントはモダン。好みが分かれるところかと思います。 部屋は広く快適でしたが、唯一バスタブのふちが高く、跨ぐのが大変でした。それ以外は空調も効いており、清潔感もあり、アメニティがクラランスで、満足でした。 スタッフの感じも良かったですが、年に1度の蚤の市・お祭りの日で、レストランが閉まっていて、ディナーがとれなかったこと、それからパソコンは30分単位でビジネスルームを借りないと使えなく料金も高く感じました。メールチェックなどが気軽にできるとなお良いと思いました。

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable and left a very negative impression overall. Usually we do not write negative reviews but this time it was impossible not do it. Never recommend to anyone.

The room was spotless and with a king bed, we found the room some what small. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is in the city center and we enjoyed strolling the streets of Lille. I would highly recommend this hotel in Lille.

The pool and the Spa treatment were great. It was a new experience having the sauna in a private room away from the Spa area. I had a really enjoyable stay. Staff and the restaurant food was pleasant. I really enjoyed the cognac collection at the bar. Loved the artwork on the premises. I highly recommend it for anyone who likes somewhere quiet to getaway for a few days.

Nice room but a bit awkward in the old part of the building. Lovely decor hotel and ambience. Would have liked breakfast included for the price.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. The food was excellent and the architecture and atmosphere of the building was amazing- a true historic building.

Chambres aux équipements vieillissants, Manque de lumière. La partie piscine et spa n'est clairement pas à la hauteur des attentes d'un 5 étoiles. La piscine est glacée, bruyante. Le sauna n'est accessible qu'en allant au bar en peignoir pour demander de l'allumer 20 minu te s avant ?

Difficult to find as a few roads were blocked, once there all good. Reception was prompt and efficient, car was valet parked, escorted to room and room itself was excellent. In the old building, lots of history. Had a coffe in the atrium bar excellent.
