Alles super, bis auf das Frühstück. Keine Abwechslung, keine Diätprodukte, in der zweiten Woche noch nicht mal fettarmer Joghurt. Kein einziger fettarmer Käse. Trotz täglicher Nachfrage und Zusagen für den nächsten Tag, nichts geschehen. Omelettes nur mit Käse und Schinken und seeeehr langsam und wenig absprechend zubereitet. Das Personal kam mit dem Eindecken und Abräumen nicht nach. Die süßen Backwaren waren eine Mischung aus frischem und altem Gebäck. Glückssache, was man sich nahm. Sehr schade!

Le séjour a l’hôtel Falesia était sympathique. Le petit déjeuné était bien, bien copieux et varié et les horaires étaient vraiment pratique car celui ci finissait à 11h. Petits bémols lors de notre séjour: - 1 des deux ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas - la propreté de la piscine extérieur - le bruit des femmes de ménage le matin surtout pour les grands dormeurs. La chambre était grande et agréable.

We stayed there for the second time and love it. It's the perfect hotel stay for a couple looking for some relaxing down time. Great local restaurants and bars close by also. The issue this year was the hotel and pool bars are now including a 10% tip on all bills. This is not America so please stop this. If the service and product is good, then customers will tip. I had a very bad experience at the pool bar where a staff member had no idea what to do, and what to do with my order of ICE CREAM, so I sat for 10 minutes as a colleague was called - the cheek then to include a 10% tip for that kind of service - SERIOUSLY! The staff then ask if you would like the tip taken off which is awkward so most will leave it in. Not acceptable in our opinion and leaves a sour taste to an otherwise great experience.

Nice big comfortable bed, clean modern balcony. Relaxing well maintained gardens and pool areas with plenty of space. Lovely reception staff.

Loved the dance party and band on the night we checked in. Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable and enjoyed the outdoor deck. Nice private location and easy to get to other towns in the region. Highly recommend this hotel!

An excellent, peaceful stay at a wonderful hotel. The staff were outstanding, food great, & we especially enjoyed the indoor pool & facilities. A little remote but Ubers & taxis readily available for trips into Albufeira etc Highly recommended

Das Hotel, die Ausstattung, Pool und Restaurant waren sehr schön; es war alles sauber und alle Hotelangestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren sehr vielseitig, ausreichend, sehr schön angerichtet und qualitätsmäßig sehr gut. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir können nichts bemängeln.

Nice hotel, needs a bit of tidying up particularly around the pool area. The Junior suite bathroom is very small. All the staff were fantastic particularly the bar staff and Olga our room maid, she was great. Lunch meals by the pool were excellent and drinks were served by helpful happy staff.

Vi hade underbara dagar på Falésia Hotel. Stort och rymligt rum på fjärde våningen med fin utsikt över en grön och prunkande trädgård. Frukost som innehöll allt. Vi gick ner till stranden och för oss som tycker om att gå var det perfekt. Lång strand som även i mitten av augusti var lätt att hitta sin egen plats. Trevlig roomservice som inväntade vänligt när det passade med städning utefter våra vanor. Trevlig och vacker 9-håls golfbana precis bredvid. Tack för en fin och avkopplande vistelse!
