初めてベネチアに泊まりましたが、このホテルで本当に嬉しかったです！ プランは1番スタンダードなものにしましたが、ベットルームとリビングルームが分かれており、ウォークインクローゼットもあり、とても広々としたホテルでした。 水回りもとても綺麗で夜遅くにシャワーを浴びる日もありましたが、お湯が出て心地よかったです。 何よりベットがかわいくホテルの中もレトロで可愛らしい雰囲気で、ベネチアでのホテルステイ時間も満喫できました！ 朝食も美味しかったです。

ホテルの裏、歩いて５分ぐらいの水上バス停「Madonna dell'Orto」からリド島へも行けます

ベネチアの観光中心地からは若干離れてはいますが、静かで近くに美味しいバーカロやレストランもある良いホテルでした！空港からの水上バス停留所も徒歩５分ですし、鉄道駅からは徒歩１５分以内でした（ただ、荷物を引いて向かうのは難しい距離なので、駅でポーターさんをお願いするといいです。交渉制ですが、私達はスーツケース大１個、中サイズ２個を運んでもらって２０ユーロでした） ホテルのスタッフも親切＆フレンドリーで、なんでも相談に乗ってもらえます。コンシェルジュサービスもあります。お部屋にはバスタブもついており、ありがたかったです。 朝食も充実しており、テラスで気持ちの良い時間を過ごすことができました。とてもおすすめです！

くるぶしまで浸かるほどの洪水の中、ホテルに到着しました。 気品あるホテルで、重厚感のある部屋のバスタブで冷えた体を温めることができました。 朝食のクオリティは高く、とても美味しくいただきました。 清潔感のある素敵なホテルでした。

Staffs were very friendly and room was maintained. When we checked in this hotel, it was 7pm. After we went out for dinner and came back to our room, the room was arranged the bed covers again and gave us message on the side table. they arranged those things for a short time. We're very impressed and felt welcome. We'd like to come back here again when we visit Venice.

外観がまずオリエンタルで雰囲気があります。受付のスタッフも丁寧でここでも地図を出して丁寧に説明してくれました。 部屋をアップグレードしてもらえてたので、ソファと小さいテーブルセットもあり、外で買ってきたワインとか飲んだりできてよかった。 床も絨毯敷きで疲れた足にも優しくありがたかったです。 高級ホテルだからか電気ケトルがないのだけ残念でした。 全体的に過ごしやすくまた泊まりたいです。

Excellent service with front desk staff and baggage concierge. Greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. Room was very spacious and clean. Large bathroom and comfortable bedding made the stay even more enjoyable. AC was great and cooled the room for sleeping. Breakfast was very tasty and many options. Best hotel stay I have had in many years.

The hotel breakfast featured gluten free options that allowed our family to have a quick breakfast. The server was extremely helpful.

Absolutely incredible experience! The staff were fantastic, kind and helpful. If you need anything they make it happen with a smile on their face. The Hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Thank you to the entire crew of the Hotel, you made our family vacation in Italy truly special🇮🇹

This hotel is a not-so-hidden gem. From the bar staff, to front desk, every single person at this hotel treated my wife and I with the utmost respect, kindness, and helpfulness! From the moment we arrived, every single person at our hotel made sure that our experience on our honeymoon was unforgettable. The bar staff made sure that each drink was delicious. The front desk was attentive to the point where we were not only on a first name basis, but they also helped us refine our trip to exactly what we were interested in! We are so thankful that this hotel was on our itinerary, and we WILL be staying here will our family when we return to Venice! Bravisimi !
