バスタブがなくシャワーのみ、何度もバスタブのある部屋にチェンジしてほしいと言ったが、満員ということで受け入れられなかった。１にちだけなら我慢できるが、８日間風呂なしはさすがに応えた。 　シャワーだけでは疲れが取れず、風邪を引いてしまった。 隣の部屋はベランダがついていたが、私の部屋は窓しかなくしかも開けられない。外も見えない。写真の部屋と大違い。 　よかったのは朝食が美味しかったことと、劇場に近かったこと。 スタッフもまあよかった。

とにかくWi-Fiが繋がらず困りました。 周辺環境はよく買い物などでかけやすかったです お湯が欲しいといえば食堂を開けて下さったり、レセプションの方お掃除の方みなさん感じ良かったです

中心地から少し離れているように感じるかもしれませんが、それほどでもありません。レンタサイクルで廻ると効率良く観光できます。フロントの方の応対は良くて、フラメンコのショーの予約もして頂きました。ホテルの隣りには素敵でとても美味しいレストランがあるので、わざわざ街に食事に行くこともありませんでした。

悪い点: 写真だととっても良く見えますが、実際行ってみると、まぁまぁ古くてがっかり。 フロントのおばさんが無愛想。 ロビーの照明が暗い。 良い点: 安い！ 駐車場付き(一泊10ユーロ) 街の中心部に近い 部屋がまぁまぁ広い アドバイス: 駐車場は狭いですが、駐車枠を気にせず、適当に停めてしまっても大丈夫です。車のキーを預けるので、邪魔ならどかしてくれます。

1泊でしたが、つたないスペイン語を良く理解してくれ、私の希望に答えてくれました。サイトで見る以上に高級感がありました。カルフールも近くにあり、なかなか便利\でした。

Struttura non modernissima ma ben curata. Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre molto disponibile e cordiale. Per entrare bisogna salire dei gradini, così come anche per raggiungere gli ascensori e salire ai piani, sarebbe ottimo trovare una rampa per coloro che hanno necessità differenti.

Las camas los somieres podían haber estado mejor, debajo teníamos una cafetería que se oía todo, y las tuberías se escuchaban como si se estuvieran duchando en tu propia habitación

We stayed for one night as a family of 4. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Jerez. Clean and comfortable room with comfortable bed and sofa bed. Simple breakfast was plenty to set us up for a morning of sightseeing.

Estivemos hospedados por 6 noites. Apartamento e banheiro bem espaçosos. Chuveiro muito bom. A localização é excelente. Tem estacionamento no Hotel por 15 Euros a diária. O café da manhã é simples mas atendeu perfeitamente. Todos funcionários são bem atenciosos, em especial ao Senhor que atende na parte da manhã que nos deu várias dica de lugares e a funcionária a noite que nos disponibilizou taças, saca-rolhas e prato para tomarmos um vinho e comermos um petisco enquanto jogávamos cartas. Foi tudo excelente. Obrigada

The hotel is very nice and grand looking. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s easy to get around. There is one thing that I wished I’d known before booking. The number of stairs to get to the room. It was very hard with heavy suitcases to lug them up the front two steps, then another two steps right outside the lift to the corridor and another seven steps before finding the room.

Sehr zentral gelegen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber unser Zimmer / mit Dachterasse, Sitzgelegenheiten, Sonnenliegen und Außendusche, alles eigentlich auch nicht einsehbar, perfekt für einen Städtetrip im Sommer. Super auch die Tiefgarage, alle Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich.

Aina ihan jees. Hyvä sijainti ja kiva huone terassilla. Siis huone ei ollut terassilla mutta siinä huoneen yhteydessä oli terassi. Voin mennä aina uudestaan

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was large and comfortable and the beds were perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is situated in an excellent location - not too far from the station and close to the market and other attractions.

Hotel simples, muito bem localizado. Café da manhã simples. Estacionamento no hotel, mas cobrado uma taxa.

Amazing - Loved our stay

One of our 3 rooms was very smelly, some sort of pipes problem. Otherwise big nice rooms and bathrooms. Center of town but parking on premises very limited, we had to find a private parking several blocks of narrow streets away, not an easy task!
