アメリカの大移動の道中で利用したのですが 近くにあるローリンズという街は広々としたキレイなところで昔は賑わってたんだろうなっていう 日本でもある今は閑散としてしてる様な場所でした でも逆にそれが忙しくなく落ち着くし、昔ながらの西洋の建築物や貨物列車の停留所などもあったりして 情緒ある場所でした

The manager was having a bad night. He gave us no instructions on how to find the room. He did not welcome us when we arrived.

I had driven almost 14 hours straight, I got to the property at 10:30 am and was just checking to see if there was a possibility of checking in early so I could just rest. They accomdanted me without hesitation.

Worst motel I've stayed at in 77 years. Shower full o pink mold, ice maker doesn't work, alarm clock doesn't work, too a half hour and 3 tries to get one. Drove 650 miles and I was tired and the desk clerk acted like it was a big inconvenience to find an alarm clock that worked. Do not stay here! 🤑

Hotel off Interstate with reasonable rates. Outside appears like it could be abandoned, but rooms are fresh and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant adjacent to hotel.

TV was broken in room. We reported it & were told the service was down but never got it working. The front desk person didn’t show up until 3:30 when check in was at 3:00. The ice machine was broken. In the early morning, the person cleaning rooms was streaming music over his phone very loudly to the point it woke me up.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Easy on and off highway.

Quiet. Clean. easy access to the room from the parking lot.

Nothing air-conditioning work there was no ice machine. It was dirty.

Got there checked in and room was being worked on. Went to iffice and told them.moved me to another room. Toilet was terrible. Mold around bathtub. Toilet sit was not secure. Moved when use. Chair broken at table .

Staff was less than happy about helping with the fridge in our room. When the man came to check it out — he pulled the tv cabinet out to plug it in, trash was behind the cabinet and he just left it. Ice maker didn’t work nor did the coffee maker. Overall very disappointed. They didn’t care.

I didn't like the fact they could not provide me with a receipt for my stay. They did nothing to quiet a noisy guest late in the night

Fridge didnot work,TV didnot work,Alarm clock no Batt,No tub plug,remote bad broken. return to rooms key card not work ,had to rekey.Dirty pillow cases,black mold around drain. room for 4 only had 3 towels. Ice Machine not work. Bugars on walls.On expedia motel said it had Breakfast,NO BREAKFAST.

I assume this is a kind of cheating, They said there’s no breakfast due to renovation, BUT there’s nothing shown on hotels.com Because of this, I need to paid $30 to ate my breakfast at Denny’s , will anyone give it back to me? The young staff at the front desk seems like to play his mobile than answering my question. They have put several thermal bottles which marked FREE coffee and hot water But unfortunately the coffee one is always empty and the hot water is always WARM. Which I believe no one is take care about that both morning and afternoon. As I am a Quality Inn fans. This kind of thing happens which SHAME for Quality Inn headquarters. CHOICE,Hotels.com and Rawlings Quality Inn I-80. I do hope someone will give me an explanation? Tkx NO breakfast, Rennovat

Unsere Buchung für 3 Zimmer erfolgte bereits im letzten Jahr zu einem Preis in dem auch das Frühstück enthalten war. Beim Einchecken wurde mit einer handschriftlichen Infonotiz darauf hingewiesen, daß für zwei Monate wegen Neugestaltung kein Frühstück verfügbar sei und daher der Zimmerpreis um 20 USD reduziert wurde. Eine Reduzierung erfolgte bei uns nicht. Wir wurden vor die Wahl gestellt, die Buchung zu stornieren oder den vorherigen Preis zu akzeptieren. Was wir wegen des Wochenendes taten. In Kommentaren ivor drei Monaten st festzustellen, daß der Sachverhalt auch da schon bestand! 2. Das erste Zimmer mit Kingbett upstairs hatte erhebliche Mängel. Ein Bettpfosten war stark eingebogen und nur redimentär befestigt. Dies bewirkte ein schaukeln im Bett. Der Schirm der Tischlampe hing an Fetzen. Der Safe ließ sich nicht schließen, Batterien der Elektronik waren ausgelaufen. Meine Reklamation wurde dahingehend beantwortes, daß man das ja so bei der Hausübernahme übernommen hatte. Das Zimmer war nicht und roch unangenehm. Meine Reklamation und der Wechsel in ein anderes (gutes) Zimmer erfolgte nur widerwillig nach meinem erheblichen Druck. Die anderen Queenbedrooms meiner Mitreisenden waren ok. Aber so geht man mit einem Gast nicht um!

Room and bed sheets were very clean. That’s all I need after a long drive. Thank you, Mike M

Customer service was horrible.

Was put on a make shift room. Looked nothing like the online description. The room had a connecting door with no lock. Felt unsafe. The woman at the front was very rude. Do not recommend
