ホテル自体は清潔で設備も整っている． カルガリー空港の隣接地のためターボプロップ機のエンジン音がやや気になる．空港へは送迎バスがあるが，市街へ出るには最寄りトラム駅まで3kmと遠いのが難点．

Very well maintained and clean property. Friendly staff and modern rooms fairly priced rooms. The pool is a nice activity as well. I highly recommend staying at Sandman Hotel Properties if you get the chance you will not be disappointed.

Rooms were clean, water available at front desk, Moxies restaurant attached to hotel and a very convenient shuttle to and from the airport.

The property was good staff was good. The only thing that was of concern was the a/c was really loud and hard to sleep with on and I found the mattress very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Our rooms were very clean, cool, and everything we needed was there. Staff were efficient and helpful.

The Bed was horrible, It has been so overused over the years it has a speed bump in the middle of the mattress, the bed ends were saggy and the bed should have been trashed along time ago. The bathroom sink would never drain properly it was 80% clogged, so if you shave or brush your teeth it was a hassle because the water would fill the sink within seconds and would take a long time to drain. In the 4 days I stayed there I never had any maid service once, oh then I discovered that you had to place a door hanger sign outside requesting maid service, ok fine, but my service card was not hanging on the door knob ( where it should have been) when I checked in, it was on a small table in the corner where I never found it until the day before I left. It's small details like this that make the hotel experience not very memorable. At least the Restaurant in the Hotel was good.

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und zweckmäßig. Allerdings war wohl der allgemeine Abfluss verstopft, dies führte in der Nacht zu einer Überschwemmung des Beckens in das Zimmer. Wartung-schlecht! Der Geruch und natürlich die Gefahr das Koffer nass werden durch den Teppich waren inakzeptabel. Da wir das Hotel nur zur Weiterreise gebucht hatten (1 Nacht) und der Weiterflug sehr früh ging, war dies ein schlechter Zustand, da dadurch Schlaf verloren ging und Stress erzeugt wurde. Das Personal war allerdings in diesem Fall SEHR HILFREICH und wir konnten sofort das Zimmer wechseln. Da es sich hierbei (wohl) um ein „Einzelschicksal“ handelt, kann man aber sagen, dass es sich um ein akzeptables Hotel handelt.

AC didn’t work. They did give a $50 voucher for the restaurant when we complained in the morning. Was so hot when it went out but didn’t want to move the kids since they were able to sleep through it.

It is too long to get the deposit/ refunds! I sent many messages but no answer!

Very busy location!! The vending machines are through a 3rd party so if the machine eats your payment, you have to scan a QR code to request your money back. Manager explained this but also accommodated us by offering the refund. Great customer service - staff is always friendly

Hotel should provide drinking water facility. We were asked to drink tap water.

Very nice property with an excellent restaurant attached. Definitely fine dining not typical hotel fare. Shuttle service was easy and convenient. Rooms meticulously clean. Highly recommend this place

We appreciated the clean, comfortable and spacious room and the airport shuttle service.

Comfortabel, clean room, friendly staff, easy to find, proximity to major road and airport and several food options close by, and lots of parking. Note, it shares the same front desk/property with Sandman Signature. Our only complaint - Shower took forever to get to luke warm, and it never hot to be enjoyable.

The room that was assigned to us was old- toilet bowl with scratches, shower tub was discolored, floor felt oily. Worst thing was it’s summer but air conditioner was the old window type and very noisy. Staff are friendly but did not meets the help I asked from them. On the positive side, shuttle was on time and transfer to the airport was smooth.
