ホテル自体は清潔で設備も整っている． カルガリー空港の隣接地のためターボプロップ機のエンジン音がやや気になる．空港へは送迎バスがあるが，市街へ出るには最寄りトラム駅まで3kmと遠いのが難点．

Staff was really nice and helpful. Amenities and rooms are upto the standard.

Carpets were dusty, bathroom cleanliness was 7/10, room was good can’t compare to the sandman downtown calgary which Is why I decided to stay here, staff is friendly, overall stay was 7/10

The room was clean but the sink wouldn't drain and the sink drain is starting to rust, Plus, the hallway carpets were dirty.

Staff was excellent and helpful.

Place was decent however my king bed felt like a single. Only because one side was so caved in and the other side was an actual bed. I kept tossing and turning, I ended up sleeping the other way only because I kept ending up in the dip. Then the cleaning staff were loud as my room was by elevator so they did all their gossiping and laughing loudly by the door. Not a good sleep but the place was nice.

Lots of repairs made to the room. Evident in the bathroom with the curtain rod pulled from the tiles and some weird cloth stuck to the tiles.

Pillows are not good

Front desk staff and shuttle driver were very friendly!!
