ホテル イルニオンアクア 4　（バレンシア）と名前が紛らわしいが、場所が全く別のホテルであった。地下鉄の駅から近く、便利だが、Convention Centerまでは5分程度歩いた距離。

家族3人（大人2名＋子供1名）でトリプルルームで3泊しました。ロビーやお部屋は最近リノベーション済で明るく快適です。お部屋の広さも全くストレスなく、荷物置き場や冷蔵庫、金庫、クローゼット、コンセント数、全て利用者の立場に立って合理的に整っていました。Wifiの速度、シャワーの水圧、水回り、クーラーの効き等も完璧でした。お部屋の清掃状態もよく、ロータリービューの部屋は程よく自然光も入り明るく快適です。地下鉄の駅は徒歩1分の他、水族館や旧市街観光へのバスも直行であり大変便利です。徒歩圏内にこじゃれたレストランもあり、週末だったせいか賑わっていました。専用駐車場も地下にありましたが、近くに路駐も出来てパーキング代も浮きました！フロントスタッフの感じもよく、コスパが大変高いホテルだったと思います。ぜひ常宿にしたいです。

Typical average hotel - no convenient to local sites without transportation.

Nice place

The staff were lovely. However the hotel is tired and needs updating. The toilet didn’t work in the room. There were fingerprints on the furniture and the tiling grout etc was tired. Breakfast was good and the lobby area is nice but the room itself was disappointing

A really great stay at this hotel, really easy to get around with 2 metro’s near, and plenty of buses. The pool is a great little addition, and is very well maintained (the whole hotel was really). Food was also very good, and breakfast was excellent, everything was always available. Staff are very nice despite not speaking a lot of English. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy, great nights sleep. Housekeeping was also very friendly! Would recommend this hotel.

Rooms needed to update

Everything about the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The restaurant had a good menu we really enjoyed ourselves. The bedroom was a little outdated but very clean and caused us no issues at all with comfy beds. However we were told by Expedia we could pay on arrival at the hotel. I sent my share of the cost to my sister but was charged through my bank account in uk currency. My sister arrived at the hotel after we were charged and we were promised a refund after she paid in Euros. As promised I was refunded but in Euros which meant I lost £33 in the exchange. Expedia sent messages and I also spoke to a human who said we could pay at the hotel. Nobody has been able to help me before and after this problem. Very disappointing.

Good, nice and clean hotel. I feel the air circulation in the room wasn't too good, mostly I believe because there are no vents in the bathroom and windows that can be open. Rather than that, no issues. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from; really like the kefir.

Great stay whilst attending an event at the location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with great hospitality. The breakfast offered a large range of options and all food and drinks were great.

Buen sitio para estar alojado

-Kamer werd slecht schoongemaakt. Pas na 3 dagen en n opmerking werd er stof gezogen en de badkamer/toilet schoongemaakt. -Geen waterkoker of koffie faciliteit. Paar keer nagevraagd; kwam niet. -TV slecht. Maar n paar stations en 3 niet Spaans. Ook geen Smart functie. Tv kijken via de telefoon dus maar. -ontbijt nog t beste aspect van t hotel. Geen winnaar, maar ok. Al met al een tegenvaller en geen waar voor je geld. Locatie dichtbij metro. Toch nog n pluspunt.

Todo muy bien, instalaciones muy amplias la habitación muy confortable solo falto que laven las copas que dejan en habitación, no las lavaron ni un solo día. Por lo demás excelente

Goed hotel

Swimming pool was not available despite it being included in the booking. Apparently the pool is not available until 1st June (summer season) even though our final day was 31st May. Also the fridge did not work in the room and they couldn't fix it either.

El desayuno le falta más variedad

Superb. Great staff, lovely food. We loved it.

Zimmer leider sehr dreckig und in die Jahre gekommen. Den Preis nicht wert

Easy to get to just off the circular road. Parking was easy in the underground carpark. Metro stop around the corner. Good breakfast.
