電話のブレーカーがおちていたのを、何回か改善をもとめたがなかなか直してくれなかった。部屋をチェンジして下さいといったらやっと動いた感じ 朝食はコーヒーカップが汚い！ 床はゴミが落ちていても、テーブルだけセットしているかんじ、綺麗なとこさがしてすわってました。

A 5 star stay all round. Friendly, efficient staff, lovely clean room with a great view, perfect hotel for attending the Excel. Will be back!

Very comfortable room. Breakfast place staff, Marco, is fabulous.

Great service, helpful staff. Excellent location next to the Excel. Rooms were a quite noisy but nothing that earplugs wouldn't handle.

Unfriendly reception team no real welcome on arrival, no information about breakfast, food & facilities so we didn’t bother using it. Room layout very odd with toilet separate with no sink? & shower/sink separate. Not the cleanest or friendliest team which makes a big difference! No one spoke to us at all Ok for an overnight stay for event at the O2 but will not return

Your staff was unavailable to me and Travelocity when booked to make changes to the reservation, as well as gave inaccurate advice about trains and other important details

It was OKish. I would've preferred to have a handwash in the toilet. Very unhygienic to use the toilet and then open the door to go wash hands in the bathroom. Not sure who designed that.

Didn’t use Spa Excellent drinks range

Bedroom tired, grout around wash basin and shower missed by and black in places. Settee frayed badly. Breakfast choice excellent but cooked items only just ‘warm’.

It was all good although check-in was quick with zero info about hotel. Breakfast was just ok, most things which should have been hot were lukewarm (sausage bacon egg beans) or actually cold (hash browns) which didn’t inspire confidence. It is right by Excel and Custom House station though so in that way it’s great.

Window wouldn't close properly in the room so it was very noisy. Bar was understaffed and chaotic.

Nice size room that was clean and looked after. Have to complain the it was advertised as a queen bed, but its a twin oushed together- not good enough. Average restaurant for dinner and breakfast, but food options around outside.

Het was stil maar tapijt kamer is vuil. Verschillende usb-aansluitingen (oa naast bed) werken niet. Was bij aankomst zeer warm in de kamer. Barpersoneel was onvriendelijk. Personeel receptie was daarentegen zeer vriendelijk.
