事前予約時に申し出たところ、客室をアップグレードしてもらえました。ホテルの立地、客室、レストランやカフェの食べ物、日本人コンシェルジュは良かったです。 ただ、スタッフの対応は五つ星とは思えません。 まず、レストランの予約は専門デスクで行うのですがそこのスタッフは事務的で親切ではなく、問い合わせに対する回答も不十分でした。 お部屋のアメニティやミニバーも補充がなく、毎日こちらからフロントにお願いしなければなりませんでした。お願いするときもお詫びもなく、面倒くさそうに対応されました。「スタッフがすぐ部屋に行く」と言われ待っていても、全く来ない。貴重な時間を無駄にしました。 アクティビティにしても、チェックイン時に何の説明もなく、こちらから聞くとQRコードで確認するよう言われただけ・・・ 中にはフレンドリーで親切な方もいましたが、良くない印象のスタッフの方が多く、残念です。

外観、内観共に高級感に溢れ、ホテル内に素敵なレストランが多いのも評価が高いです（日本人、特に子連れとしてはビュッフェレストランに日本語の説明がついていたのも〇でした）。 部屋も、海側にバルコニーがついていたため美しいカリブ海を見ながら部屋でくつろぐことが出来たのも良かったです。おすすめのホテルです。

Perfect for family.

恐らく空調設備の問題で部屋の湿度が凄まじく、数時間で床が水浸しになり、子供が転倒してしまいました。 尋常ではない湿度で、個人の感覚による差はなく、間違いなく不快感を覚えるレベルだと思います。 初めてのカンクンということもあり、食事・ドリンク・ショーなど、オールインクルーシブの各種サービスには満足しましたし、各従業員(特に日本人コンシェルジュ)の対応は大変素晴らしいものでしたが、過去にも多くの指摘があるにも関わらず、設備による湿度の問題が解決されていないのは、経営による顧客軽視の表れと感じます。リピートはありません。

日本人スタッフが親切で、即座に対応 して頂いた有難うございます。今回で 4回目の滞在でした、日本人スタッフが 常駐しているので言葉がわからなくても安心して滞在出来ます。高齢夫婦に とって不安がなく、また次回の休養に 利用します。

This resort was amazing! The restaurant options were amazing, there was always fun events and shows available to attend everyday! Amenities were unbeatable, something for everyone! Very family friendly and elegant at the same time. The staff were great and food was awesome! The staff work so hard and we were very happy with everything! Only complaint was the dress code at the buffet, very strict and very unnecessary. The seaweed problem at the beach really put a damper on our vacation but the hotel had nothing to do with it. I’ve never seen the beach with this seaweed problem before so I was definitely bummed about that. The hotel, staff, and service were top notch! Would definitely go back again!

Would definitely visit this property again! The location, convenience, pool, beach, activities and food were really great! I greatly enjoyed my stay! Highly recommend!!!

La playa es muy tranquila, el Hotel esta muy bonito.

The hotel is old and the condition is not as pleasing. there is alot of dust everywhere and the mirrors are stained from being that old. I think with some upgrades it can be an OK hotel. It was advertised differently than what is was in reality. Although the restaurants were really good

I believe this may have been a five-star hotel over a decade ago, but now I would only rate it three stars. While the facilities were originally built to a five-star standard, they haven’t been well maintained or updated over the years. The restaurant and food is good but the reservation was painful.

Great place to stay. Family friendly. Only downside is the rooms. The rooms need to be remodeled.

Was expecting a lot of sargasso based on FB posts I saw leading up to the trip. The water was great. One day a wave of sargasso came in, but they clean it up. It was actually fun to play with anyways. Good snorkelling nearby. Staff was super friendly and food was awesome. Drank a ton of coffee and ate lots of ice cream as well. Great trip!
