友人と二人で利用させていただきました。部屋からの景色はすばらしく、毎日の清掃も行き届いており、大満足でした。また、オールインクルーシブの食事も美味しく、是非もう一度いきたいと強く思える施設です。

20数年振りに泊まるということもあり、とても楽しみにしており、まさに期待以上のおもてなしでした。 夫の誕生日が近かったので、ホテルに着いてからレストラン「ラ・ホヤ」を予約したいと日本人コンシェルジュに電話したところ、鈴木さんという方が対応してくださり、快く予約してくれ、安心できました。 夕方頃行ったレストラン、「イスラ・コントイ」でテーブルについてくれたウェイターのフェルナンドさんはとてもよくしてくれました。この方は、夜はラ・ホヤにいて、誕生日を祝うためにテーブルに来てくれたマリアッチとわたしたちを動画に収めてくれるなど、ホスピタリティ溢れる方でした。 プール、目の前に広がる海、そしてスタッフの方々の素敵な歓迎により最高の思い出をつくることができました。またいつか来ます。

イベントもあって楽しく過ごせた

ビュッフェが美味しかったです！スーパーやお土産屋さんも近くにあり、便利で家族旅行にぴったりのホテルだと思います。

事前予約時に申し出たところ、客室をアップグレードしてもらえました。ホテルの立地、客室、レストランやカフェの食べ物、日本人コンシェルジュは良かったです。 ただ、スタッフの対応は五つ星とは思えません。 まず、レストランの予約は専門デスクで行うのですがそこのスタッフは事務的で親切ではなく、問い合わせに対する回答も不十分でした。 お部屋のアメニティやミニバーも補充がなく、毎日こちらからフロントにお願いしなければなりませんでした。お願いするときもお詫びもなく、面倒くさそうに対応されました。「スタッフがすぐ部屋に行く」と言われ待っていても、全く来ない。貴重な時間を無駄にしました。 アクティビティにしても、チェックイン時に何の説明もなく、こちらから聞くとQRコードで確認するよう言われただけ・・・ 中にはフレンドリーで親切な方もいましたが、良くない印象のスタッフの方が多く、残念です。

外観、内観共に高級感に溢れ、ホテル内に素敵なレストランが多いのも評価が高いです（日本人、特に子連れとしてはビュッフェレストランに日本語の説明がついていたのも〇でした）。 部屋も、海側にバルコニーがついていたため美しいカリブ海を見ながら部屋でくつろぐことが出来たのも良かったです。おすすめのホテルです。

Perfect for family.

恐らく空調設備の問題で部屋の湿度が凄まじく、数時間で床が水浸しになり、子供が転倒してしまいました。 尋常ではない湿度で、個人の感覚による差はなく、間違いなく不快感を覚えるレベルだと思います。 初めてのカンクンということもあり、食事・ドリンク・ショーなど、オールインクルーシブの各種サービスには満足しましたし、各従業員(特に日本人コンシェルジュ)の対応は大変素晴らしいものでしたが、過去にも多くの指摘があるにも関わらず、設備による湿度の問題が解決されていないのは、経営による顧客軽視の表れと感じます。リピートはありません。

Great pools

We loved everything about this place. The beach area was just amazing with soft white sand…lots of beach chairs and towels were available. Staff members were very friendly and always excited to help. We went for dinner at Le Basilica where Jonathan took really good care of us. At the Cabana dinner Edgar was super nice and friendly. He was happy to take some of our pictures as well. The cleaning staff made sure they even washed the balcony with utmost care. Rooms were huge especially the bathroom. We had stayed at the Infinite club 1 bedroom room.

All of the above, Staff were very helpful, rooms always cleaned promptly and dropped by 2 or 3 times a day to see if anything was needed... The only negative was the water pressure from the shower.. Not enough pressure and the shower head was fixed, couldn't point it down which was very disappointing

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach and would absolutely return! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. Every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The service truly stands out and makes the whole experience feel luxurious and welcoming. The resort itself is spotless. The rooms, common areas, pools, and grounds are all extremely clean and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything beautiful. The buffet food was AMAZING — so many fresh options and everything we tried was delicious. There was something for everyone, and the quality exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive. The beach and pools were also very clean and well cared for. The water was beautiful, and there was always plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. The only small downside is that the specialty restaurants require reservations, so you do need to plan your dinners ahead of time. Once we figured that out, it wasn’t a big issue — just something to keep in mind when you arrive. Overall, an incredible resort with outstanding service, great food, and a beautiful, clean atmosphere. We had a fantastic stay!

Our welcome day was disappointing from the start. Drinks were not offered right away, and the lines were extremely long. On previous visits, new guests were greeted immediately with drinks and warm towels, but that was not our experience this time. The night shows were underwhelming, and while the food was okay, it certainly didn’t stand out. The desserts were just average as well. What frustrated us the most was having to wait in a very long line after check-in just to make restaurant reservations. The wait was so excessive that we decided to come back later, which unfortunately resulted in us not being able to secure reservations at the restaurants we wanted. It’s hard to understand how a place rated as 5 stars requires guests to stand in long lines just to book dining. The only highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff — they were incredibly friendly, polite, and truly made a positive difference in our experience

Fantastic stay and highly recommend. Everything from the staff and service throughout the resort, the rooms, the amenities and shows, as well as the food - it was all top notch. Located in the hotel zone so felt safe for this 1st time traveller to Mexico. The sand was soft and the water was clear blue. Located in the perfect spot where the waves were calm most of the time but when the wind picked up they were fun to play in. Would definitely return.

We couldnt have been happier with our stay. I want to personally say Thank you to every member of the staff. You all were great! The beach and ocean views are stunning. There was a nice mix of food choices. From burgers and fries to Hibachi, authentic Mexican dishes, steak, seafood etc. We enjoyed the live music, karaoke, magic shows, and high wire acts over the pool. There were "exercise" classes in the pool which were great. Souvenir shops, local bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk if you want to explore a little. Overall, we highly recommend. You wont be disappointed.
