ジムも無く、水圧も低く、値段の割に極々普通のホテルだった。

朝食は毎日同じで長期滞在には向かないと思いました。ベッドの寝心地は大変よく、熟睡出来ました。

朝食が美味しくメニューも豊富で素晴らしい。部屋もかなり清潔で過ごしやすかった。スタッフも非常に丁寧に接してくれてとても満足だった。シャワーの温水が不安定、冷蔵庫が冷えないことだけが残念だった。

想像以上に素晴らしいホテルでした！ チェックイン時から、レセプションで日本語対応できるマネージャーさんが担当してくださって、滞在中の手続きや荷物の発送など大変親切に対応いただきました。またコンシェルジュの方々もとても丁寧に対応してくださって、安心して3泊過ごせました。 もともと朝食なしのプランで予約していましたが、1日だけ朝食もいただきました。とっても種類も多く美味しくて素敵な朝食ビュッフェでした。 ホテルの立地もとってもゆったりとした街の中にあり、静かで過ごしやすい雰囲気でした。エトワール凱旋門はもちろん、コンコルド広場やオペラガルニエまでも30分程度のいいお散歩という感じで歩いて行けるのもよかったです。 お部屋もとっても素敵で、日本のホテルの様な清潔さがありました。ハウスクリーニングも丁寧でリネンの交換も毎日していただきました。 お部屋にドライヤーがついていなかったので、そこだけ注意が必要です。(私はドライヤーをもともと持参していたので困りませんでした。) ホテル全体のホスピタリティに大変満足しました！次回もぜひ宿泊ささていただきたいです！

中庭側のお部屋でしたが、中庭は整備されていなくて綺麗ではありませんでした。残念。改装した様子でお風呂は綺麗でしたが、クローゼットの戸が開かないなど少し古さを感じます。 窓が開くのですが、薄いカーテンしかなく向かい側のお部屋からお互いに丸見えなので気をつけないとなりません。ホテルの周辺はお店が少なく10分くらい歩くとスタバやパン屋さんがあります。 3つ星が妥当かと思います。次は利用無しです。

Le personnel ne m'a pas bien traité

Mixed experience. On one side a five star hotel, but the restaurant was closed and available dishes very limited, TV was down several times (not a big issue, but having some music in the room when we were in had been great). We had a 2 double bed room that was just enough spacious for us (2 adults, 1 child) but to small for 4 people. There was definitively not enough space in wardrobes for clothes. The bathroom was also very small, no separation of toilet seat and rest, good enough for 1 person but not for 3 or 4. I also missed sort of a business center to do printing but the Concierge was able to do this for you. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Interior of the hotel and the rooms match the 5 star level. Great location, close to Arc the Triomphe and the whole surrounding.

Wir hatten von Beginn an das Gefühl, das Hotel sei überfordert. Der Portier für die Fahrzeuge zuständig kam nicht nach mit Fahrzeugen entgegennehmen. Somit wurden wir weder begrüsst. Noch kam jemand zum unser Gepäck ausladen. Dafür mussten wir uns selbst kümmern. Leider war es keine Einmalige Sache, sondern wiederholte sich bei jeder Anfahrt zum Hotel. Die Gebühren für das parken waren dazu um einiges teurer als bei den anderen Hotels in der gleichen Kategorie. Zum Teil mussten wir 5-10 Minuten auf den Portier warten, bis unser Fahrzeug bei Ankunft entgegennehmen konnte. Ähnlich spielt er sich auch beim Checkout ab. Da mussten wir für das abholen der Koffer so wie das Vorfahr des Fahrzeugs 45 Minuten lang warten. Das Hotel scheint aber gehoben zu sein. Modern und gross, weswegen dieses unorganisierte Verhalten gar nicht zu erwarten war. Und doch war es so.

When I booked this room, there was a crib in the room. The room was very small. We had to remove the crib and put a fold out bed, which was very uncomfortable for me. The hotel is very nice, but the room was horrible so Small would not stay there again.

Not enough bathroom essentials, such as toilet paper.

Beautiful centrally located hotel within walking distance of large areas of Paris. Terrific concierge with great dinner suggestions. Spectacular buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends

I don’t even know where to start about this hotel. I am also surprised with the 10/10 reviews. In our room, you could hear all the noises from the road, such as cars honking. You can’t even change your clothes in the room, because the non-see through curtains do not fully close, and people can see you from the building across. For a simple request, you have to call many times. The person who checked us in didn’t even tell us where the elevator was. Their restaurant is only open til 2:30 PM. We went to the bar to eat dinner and sat down for 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us and we decided to leave. The lobby area was crowded when we were there. We didn’t even get a chance to sit in the lobby. Also, give yourself time for check out process. The luggage help didn’t show up after many calls. The receptionist, Isabelle, had to help us with the luggage. Overall this hotel is far away from 5 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else.
