ジムも無く、水圧も低く、値段の割に極々普通のホテルだった。

朝食は毎日同じで長期滞在には向かないと思いました。ベッドの寝心地は大変よく、熟睡出来ました。

朝食が美味しくメニューも豊富で素晴らしい。部屋もかなり清潔で過ごしやすかった。スタッフも非常に丁寧に接してくれてとても満足だった。シャワーの温水が不安定、冷蔵庫が冷えないことだけが残念だった。

想像以上に素晴らしいホテルでした！ チェックイン時から、レセプションで日本語対応できるマネージャーさんが担当してくださって、滞在中の手続きや荷物の発送など大変親切に対応いただきました。またコンシェルジュの方々もとても丁寧に対応してくださって、安心して3泊過ごせました。 もともと朝食なしのプランで予約していましたが、1日だけ朝食もいただきました。とっても種類も多く美味しくて素敵な朝食ビュッフェでした。 ホテルの立地もとってもゆったりとした街の中にあり、静かで過ごしやすい雰囲気でした。エトワール凱旋門はもちろん、コンコルド広場やオペラガルニエまでも30分程度のいいお散歩という感じで歩いて行けるのもよかったです。 お部屋もとっても素敵で、日本のホテルの様な清潔さがありました。ハウスクリーニングも丁寧でリネンの交換も毎日していただきました。 お部屋にドライヤーがついていなかったので、そこだけ注意が必要です。(私はドライヤーをもともと持参していたので困りませんでした。) ホテル全体のホスピタリティに大変満足しました！次回もぜひ宿泊ささていただきたいです！

中庭側のお部屋でしたが、中庭は整備されていなくて綺麗ではありませんでした。残念。改装した様子でお風呂は綺麗でしたが、クローゼットの戸が開かないなど少し古さを感じます。 窓が開くのですが、薄いカーテンしかなく向かい側のお部屋からお互いに丸見えなので気をつけないとなりません。ホテルの周辺はお店が少なく10分くらい歩くとスタバやパン屋さんがあります。 3つ星が妥当かと思います。次は利用無しです。

Housekeeping was terrible definitely was not a 5 star hotel would not stay there again.

Overall, we had a very good experience at the hotel. The public spaces are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great though because cruise lines use the hotel, the breakfast area can be extremely crowded and a little chaotic when these travelers try to have breakfast at the same time. We did find that housekeeping was not well organized. The housekeepers would leave cleaning supplies in our room on occasion and once did not make up our room. We would probably not go back to the hotel again.

Love this hotel. The staff was very helpful, it’s a beautiful property with very nice rooms and decor. The location was great for our visit to see the sights and experience the beauty of Paris. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Mostly OK. Location is great. But our room was only refreshed occasionally, and maids failed to leave towels, water and coffee when they did service the room. Breakfast was disorganized and slow. Lastly, it is hard to read the room numbers and the halls are dimly lit. So it’s easy to get lost in this large hotel.

My entire stay had me in awe!! The room service to the friendly staff was just incredible

Hayatimda hic bu kadar kotu otelde kalmadim. Odalari hic temizlemiyorlar nerdeyse ayrica son gun sabah 6 da arayip nezaman cikacaksiniz diye sordular? Ozellikle ailece gelenlere tavsiye etmiyorum siradan bir otelde kalsaniz daha iyi

The breakfast is amazing! They had many options and the staff that helped me, Sarah & Gihan, were so welcoming, attentive, and kind. Definitely the best hospitality and the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Outstanding hotel I highly recommend. 👏👌Paola
