駐車場が狭いことを除けば、部屋は広くて清潔で、従業員のサービスも丁寧だったので、非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。

2011年のGW（5/1~5)に４泊利用しましたが、中庭に面した部屋だったこともあり、とても快適に過ごせました。 部屋はやや狭く、古いですが、掃除は行き届いており、不満はありませんでした。ただし、隣の部屋との防音は十分でなく、結構気を使いました。 朝食は、数種類のパン、シリアル（２種類）、ヨーグルト、オレンジジュース、コーヒー、紅茶、ミルク。果物やチーズ、卵料理はありませんが、十分だと思います。 立地は町の中心から離れているので、あまり歩きたくない方はバスを利用したほうがよいと思います。私たちは歩いて回りましたが、ドゥオーモまで片道２５分くらいでした。（ホテル周辺は一方通行道路となっているため駅からと、駅までバスを利用する場合はそれぞれ停留所が異なります。詳しくはホテルで確認した方がよいと思います。） それでも近くにはおいしいリストランテやトラットリアもあり、スーパーマーケットも近いため、便利でした。 値段も手ごろなので、もし、またフィレンツェに行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Loved staying in the villa with access to the hot tub. It was very clean. The breakfast was great and the staff helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

A perfect getaway in Firenze.The apartment was spacious and quiet. The outdoor space had a seating area and private hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious

The rooftop 4 bed suite was amazing and had a view of Duomo sunset. The pistachio croissant for breakfast was delicious. Easy walk to city center and we preferred not staying in the super touristy area.

Very clean and the breakfast was great. Its a great place to stay if you're planning to use the Firenze Campo di Marte train station. We would stay there again. The late check in process was easy -late check in can be complicated at other hotels. They were kind enough to hold our bags the day we checked out. Its a lovely property.

Clean room, it had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was good and had variety. staff was super friendly and helpful. Place is within walking distance to all main tourist spots. And bus stops just right around the corner too. Would definitely come again.

We had such a memorable stay in Florence. Our top-floor room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views over the rooftops and the cathedral—it truly felt special waking up to that scenery. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. An amazing pizza place just around the corner that kids loved The room featured a jacuzzi, which we were really excited about. Unfortunately, we arrived quite late and didn’t realize it takes about 3 hours to fill, so we didn’t get the chance to use it—but that just gives us the perfect reason to come back! Overall, a beautiful stay in an incredible setting. Would absolutely return.

Ótimo hotel para hospedagens bem próximo ao centro histórico. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo, moderno e funcional. Tem um café da manhã bom e as moças da recepção são muito educadas e atenciosas. A região onde está o hotel é agradável e tem várias opções de restaurantes e comércio.
