Was decent for a one night stay

First let me point out that we were informed upon our arrival that this property was being transitioned to a new owner which might explain some of my comments below. 1. Upon arrival the receptionist informed us that we did have a reservation for a king size bed however, no king size bed was available. We had to settle for two queen beds. 2. No breakfast was available as they were waiting for a city health inspection. 3. The property was "tired" and somewhat dated. Rooms were rather small for a Fairfield property, bathroom was also small and had paper thin towels, limited toiletries, no Kleenex, etc. This property is far from being a Fairfield type of property. Needs many improvements before it gets to that caliber of brand that we are accustomed to. Property had indoor pool but no patio area to sit outside. Overall, not a property that I can recommend. To many other options in the area.

Fue terrible la camas super incómodas y Alta’s, el aire no funcionaba bien , duramos 3 noches y en ningun dia hicieron el aseo en el Cuarto, teníamos q ir a pedir toallas sacábamos nosotros las toallas Sucias y basuras a los pasillos que no fuimos los únicos que lo hacían, sin contar que se ofrecía con desayuno americano q no había porque no se que detalle havia cn la Cocina y nos mandaban a otro hotel de enseguida hacerlo cosa que no hicimos por tiempo q Se supone ahorraríamos en este hotel definitivamente no lo recomiendo no pierdan su dinero en este lugar

Room had a very musty smell. Upon check in we were told they would not have breakfast in the morning. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Not satisfied! Breakfast was unavailable and tvs were out.

No fue una buena experiencia. El hotel huele a humedad. Cuando hicimos la reserva lo escogimos entre varias cosas porque ofrecía desayuno, pero cuando llegamos a registrarnos nos dijeron que "por ahora" no tenían desayuno disponible por una visita pendiente de Sanidad, lo cual es mentira, ya que despúes otro empleado nos comentó que desde hace un tiempo no ofrecen desayuno. Al otro día tuvimos que salir a buscar desayuno. Al regresar en la noche, volví a preguntar sobre el desayuno, ya que había otra persona en la recepción, quien nos dijo que podíamos tomar el desayuno en el hotel de al lado, ya que es del mismo dueño. No sé porque la persona que estaba la noche anterior no nos dijo eso. La mañana siguiente fuimos al hotel de al lado, entramos y huele mucho a gas, hice el comentario y me dijeron que no me preocupara, que era la estufa :o(. Las opciones para el desayuno no eran muchas, ni muy buenas, algo es algo, pero no era lo que habíamos reservado. No hacen aseo a la habitación a menos que se solicite. Nosotros lo solicitamos y tampoco lo hicieron. La habitación y el baño estaban bien; sin embargo, pueden mejorar el tema de limpieza. Ofrecen lavandería lo cual es bueno, pero no tienen monedas de 25 cent. para cambiar.

Was on the 4th floor and shower water took forever to get warm. Was a nice hotel but you could tell it’s an older one.

Check in was fine. No breakfast of any kind but advertised as serving breakfast. I was told to walk across the parking lot to another hotel ( four points) in the heat .they on had bruised fruit.The pool was dirty.end the towels were dingy. When I checked out on Monday morning at 8:15 am the clerk at the front desk said since I booked with Expedia.they have to issue reciept ,never heard that .can you let me know how can I get a reciept. I will never stay here again,thank you

Comforter was dirty, looked like dried mucous. Several bugs on comforter. By the time I took picture, most of the bugs had scattered. Called front desk and was given a different room. Lights did not work in bathroom.

I did the reservation around 10 pm and I was driving from Austin, I call the hotel to let them know that I will be there around 2 am and they told me that they won’t be able for my check in. So when I arrive they send me to another hotel ( a hotel that it was dirty and has a bad reviews) because they give my room to another person . I was very upset because I was working the whole day and I was very exhausted. Just to let you know that they don’t help you.

The hotel itself was fine, except it advertised hot breakfast and they didn't have any at all. We had to get breakfast from the sister hotel next door and it was just continental breakfast and whenever I went there was really nothing to choose from. If they did not have hot breakfast as stated, they should have offered a discount. I was there for a week and was expecting that breakfast and had to spend additional money due to the lack thereof. That's my only complaint.

No breakfast or coffee, despite the website's advertising both. No hot water in shower or sink (10 p.m., 6 a.m.). Overall, a disappointing experience.

Needs maintenance

Front desk lady has a bad attitude

They never came to clean my room and switch new bedsheets, faucet in the shower wouldn’t turn off so I heard dripping water all day and night, shower also didn’t get hot only lukewarm

The freeway noise never lets up and they weren't serving breakfast while I stayed.

AC out of order, breakfast advertised on line has been discontinued for remodel, sign said for 2 weeks, been almost 2 months with no work being done at breakfast bar area. Not even coffee provided .
