工事していたのか、朝から騒音と振動で、頭が痛くなりました。暖房機前に立て掛けてあった大きな板が倒れてきて、スネに大きな青あざができる始末。

屋上の工事だと思いますが、朝9時から夕方まで、騒音と振動が止まない。さすがに、酷いし、振動で、備え付けのものが倒れてきて、足を怪我しました。 二度と宿泊しない。

アクセスがよく便利なロケーション。部屋内の水回りの設備は新しくてよい。

チェックアウト時に送迎をしてもらわなければならないが、その連絡が面倒だった。しかし、アパルトメントの環境は最高だった。

ARENAから近く、観光・食事に便利。　部屋は清潔であった。　食堂のすぐ横だったが、静かな部屋だった。　金庫のデジタル番号の設定がわかりにくく、スタッフに教えてもらわなければ自分ではできなかっただろう。　　オペラ終了後、夜1時近くに歩いて帰ったが、安全には全く問題は無い場所であった。　鉄道駅からタクシーで10ユーロ弱の距離で、バス便も多い。

鉄道の駅からは結構歩きましたが、アレーナには徒歩で3-5分で深夜12時終了のオペラ観劇の後は重宝しました。 レセプション前にウェルカムドリンクとしてスパークリングワインがあったのが良かったです。

アレーナから本当にすぐのロケーション。観光中も荷物を置きにすぐに戻って来れるし、どこに行くにも便利です。 従業員の方も親切。紹介してもらったレストランはどこも最高でした！

Pros: breakfast had gluten free options, Clean room, good location, good value for money. Cons: sound proofing could be improved. We were in a front room, which overlooked a noisy macdonalds. We didn't ask to swap rooms as were only there for 2 nights, with hindsight would have been a good idea to at least have asked to swap.

Disappointing stay – do not recommend. The room reeked of cigarettes/amoke. We tried to get assistance that night, but the staff didn't treat the issue with any importance, sent someone to refresh with a “Glade product”. It was an awful experience—I felt suffocated by the intense smell. The hotel is old, the cleaning is subpar, the breakfast is lacking, and the street noise is constant. I have a severe headache today due to the incident. Their only solution was to waive the parking fee. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid!

O café da manhã e o quarto são excelentes, boa comida e fresca. O quarto bem equipado e equipe de funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Índico com certeza. Um dos melhores que ficamos até o momento.

Localização é diferenciada, pois esta a 15 min a pé aproximadamente da estação de trem e 3 min da Arena e as pracas Bra, Erbe. Super tranquilo fazer tudo a pé. O hotel tem um quarto compacto, mas sendo duas noites, ok. Destaque para o banheiro com uma ducha muito boa. Colchão mediano, mas ok. Ponto de atenção: os apartamentos de frente, mesmo com janela fechada, tem bastante barulho da avenida e como tem um McDonald's bem embaixo, também tem movimentação direta. O café chamou a atenção, mesmo sendobim hotel 3 estrelas. Atendimento muito bom de todos os funcionários

Hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing. A short walk to the arena, park, juliets balcony and lots of restaurants and shops. My room was nice, clean, spacious. However only had 1 plug! Not a problem as i was on my own. The bar area was closed. My room was noisy and next to the breakfast area so i was woken up by noise and tables and chairs moving etc. Hotel is next to McDonald's so was busy out the front and a bit noisy being a Saturday night. Breakfast was ok, staff slow at getting the cooked items out. Check in and out was quick and staff were pleasant. I couldn't find the spa area. They did do luggage storage which is very useful, i personally didn't use it though but very useful

Room was clean. Great location in the city. Nice walk from train station. Great walk to city center. Best restaurant in city across the street.
