シャワールームが水漏れしていたので言ったが修理もまともにしてもらえず、部屋も交換してくれずタオルをもらいそれを床に引いて3泊過ごした。部屋の清掃も、ベッドは綺麗になっていたが、床は掃除機をかけたのか？と思うくらい髪の毛などがそのままの状態だった。

シャンプーなし ボディソープ2個 2日目 シャンプー 1 ボディソープ0 などアメニティは、最低でした ゴキブリもいましたし 再訪は、あり得ません

We stayed there for 1 night. The room is very nice and we really satisfied. Location is also very good, easy access to anywhere on the island.

イビザ市街の中心地でロケーションは抜群に良いのですが、基本的に暗く、部屋も日光が入らないので、じっとりとした感じで、リゾート地に来た雰囲気ではないです。どちらかというと安い泊まるだけのホテルといった感じでした。。

立地はとても素晴らしく、中心街にある。 タクシーの運転手含め知らない人はいなかったので、安心して旅行ができるはずである。 どこへ行くにもアクセスは良いと思うが、レンタカー等を借りる場合にはあえてここに取る必要はないと思われる。駐車が大変になるため、逆に移動が大変になると思う。 また冷蔵庫が付いていないのはマイナスである。

良くも悪くも何も変わってなかった。部屋でWi-fiは繋がらないし、冷蔵庫も無いので、最低限の滞在にはもってこいです。バス乗り場、港も近いので空港や島へ行くのも便利です。美味しいレストランも周りにあります。ロビーには、wi-fiが使えるのですが、すぐに切れてしまいます。

Booked 2 Deluxe Twin Rooms and was given 2 rooms on the 1st floor over looking the street and reception. I complained and was immediately given 2 rooms on the 6th floor with a balcony. Much better. The room was open plan so the bathroom fan was constantly on. That constant humming noise made it hard to sleep. The pool on the roof isn’t a pool at all. It’s more like a paddling pool. We paid a fortune to stay here and I feel ripped off. The location is the only good thing about this hotel

The hotel room was big but the AC wasn’t very good. The balcony is nice but the view is non existent as the property is next to another building. And the hotel lobby was extremely hot without good ventilation. The gym is tiny & the spa was closed.

First room I got had a leak from the ceiling and the second room was a humid it felt like the ac didn’t work, clothes, sheet, and floor felt wet.Ldyxat the front desk was kind of rude as well.

Stayed here before. Very nice, all good, no negatives.

Nous avons eu un chambre au 1er étage handicapé qui donne sur une rue extrêmement bruyante. À 400€ la nuit sans accès au spa car il faut payer un supplément. À l’accueil ils ne sont pas agréable, à la piscine pas assez de transat. Bruit épouvantable toute la nuit car bar juste en dessous. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel qui était le plus cher de notre séjour et pourtant le moins bien

L’hôtel est confortable et moderne, il manque des plantes sur le rooftop pour qu’il soit plus joli. En revanche, le quartier est très bruyant. Nous avons été réveillé par le bruit.

Beautiful hotel and the breakfast buffet was amazing. So many good options. We usually are not a fan of breakfast bar at hotels but this one was the best. Amazing variety. The hotel was very nice. Super clean and very picturesque. Staff was very friendly! The only downside was the AC in the room was not good. It didn’t cool much. The other negative is in order to enjoy the pool area you have to buy drink tickets even though you’re a guest. Usually guests will consumer regardless but feeling forced to buy tickets as soon as you walk into the pool area isn’t necessary in my opinion.
