フェリー乗り場の白タクに交渉して、片道25ユーロでホテルまで送迎してもらった。 ホテル周辺には何も無い。 歩いて2分のスーパーは良心的な価格でした。 スパを利用したが、貸切だったので非常にリラックスして楽しませてもらいました。 マッサージも美味かったです。 ホテルのレストランの料理は普通でした。 スタッフさんが親切なのは良かった。

すべての部屋からプールが見える配置、ジュニアスイートでも十分な広さ、従業員のサービスも最高です。ルームサービスも美味しくてボリュームがありました。唯一問題と言えば入り口がわかり難く、随分探してしまいました。ビーチがもう少し近い（十分徒歩圏ですが）なお良しです。

This has been my 3rd visit to Santorini Kastelli and it was amazing as ever! I was welcomed on arrival by the manager who upgraded my room to a lovely room with 3 balconies! The property is stunning and immaculately clean ! It was a joy to be there to experience the hotel! I had a wonderful spa set of treatments and the staff at all times were friendly and professional!! I would recommend highly and will be back for a 4th visit!

An immaculate property. Staff and facilities were excellent. The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and overlooked the pool. Plenty of selection at breakfast. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all turns. They were organized and had my transportation to the hotel ready at the airport when my flight landed. The breakfast buffet was great. The room was beautiful and comfortable. 2 minute walk to the beach, it was wonderful! Definitely recommend

The service and the room were magnificent! Multiple pool areas, felt like we had our own private pool. Everything else 5 stars, the breakfast is around 4 stars, the fruit selection there was very nice though.

This is the most beautiful hotel I've stayed in. Beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, very polite and helpful staff (from reception to catering to facilities staff), excellent location with around a 3 minute walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. A bus stop right outside the back of the property for getting to Fira and beyond too which was very easy and most definitely worth the short journey. We loved the hotel breakfast as well which was fully stocked right up until the last moment and delicious. Couldn't complain about a single thing or recommend this enough. Was our first time in Santorini and if we're ever back I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Thank you Kastelli resort

This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Very clean. Very modern. The staff went above and beyond. We stayed in one of the luxury suites and it had everything we needed. 3 minute walk from the beach with supermarkets, restaurants, and cute shops nearby. Hotel is a bit far from Oia/Fira, but the bus stop is literally right outside the hotel. Very convenient. Will definitely be staying here again!!!

Loved our private hot tub. Could have been a bit warmer for our tastes. Staff was amazing and took great care of us. Appreciated the strong Wi-Fi available. It was a perfect spot for our first trip to Santorini!

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. From the beginning, the staff was not kind or accommodating. We had originally booked the room for two people but decided last minute to bring our toddler. The room was already spacious enough, with a daybed they mentioned would be prepared for our child. However, they never set it up. When we checked out, they explained that the reason was because the booking was for two adults, which felt unfair and dismissive. Throughout our stay, the staff’s attitude changed once they saw our toddler, and their lack of flexibility made us feel unwelcome. They did not allow an early check-in or a late check-out, unlike the other five-star hotel we stayed at previously in Imerovigli, where the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even accommodated a four-hour early check-in and late check-out. This hotel failed to meet basic hospitality standards. The staff was unhelpful and unkind, and they made no effort to make us feel comfortable as a family. Overall, we had an unpleasant experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful , clean rooms. Bed on the harder side may be more tolerable if you only stay a few nights. Four very well taken care of pools. One complaint is the pools were really cold.There is a beach which is about a ten minute walk. The hotel has some arrangement if you want a lounge chair with a nearby restaurant who you need to purchase food or drinks from to reserve a beach chair. The breakfast buffet which is free has a nice variety of foods and you can make mimosas. A bus nearby can take you to surrounding towns which will cost you 2-euros. There are many restaurants, stores within walking distance. I also would like to add a majority of the servers are male which I was very impressed with. Beautiful, clean resort. I hope to return to in the future. One more thing get a room with a pool even if you have to share. Rm-311 or 312
