白いインテリアの快適な部屋でアメニティのセンスが良いです。 テラスからの眺めはテージョ川は見えませんが、とても綺麗で感動的な夕焼けが見られます。 朝食も美味しいです。 一つ難があるとすれば、ホテルの正面は車両の立ち入りが禁止されていますので、どの方向からでも坂を登らないといけません。道はガタガタで簡単ではないので、スーツケースを運ばないといけない方には要注意です。スーツケースの車両が壊れるかと思うほどです。 良いホテルだと思います

環境は静かでホテル全体にヨーロッパらしさがあって雰囲気が良いです。部屋にはアメニティやコーヒーマシーンも揃って居てシャワーの出も悪くありません。何よりスタッフの方達は何を聞いても頼んでも笑顔でフレンドリーに丁寧に対応してくれて嬉しかったです。チェックアウトの早かった私にサンドイッチやフルーツ、ナタを詰め込んだ素敵な朝食を持たせてくれました。本当にありがとう、また泊まりたいです。

ラナイ付きのお部屋にして頂き、お部屋も清潔で快適なLisbonを過ごせました。フロントデスクの対応はよかったです。タクシーやマッサージの手配もやっていただきました。 ベッドも硬くて好みの硬さでした。 Lisbon自体は坂の街ですが、ホテルは上の方なのと、通常の車が入れない通りだったので、タクシーやガイドを使うのがおすすめです。 また利用したいです。

The hotel is good, but it located near the crest of a grade...so it’s hard to go with luggage...

2日からコーヒーのポットを用意してくれなかった

Martim Moniz駅の方が近いが、ホテルまではスーツケースを引いて行くのには上りで距離が少しありました。逆にホテルから駅までは下りなので楽です。 ホテル近くにはレストランが色々あるので、観光に疲れて、ホテル近くで食べることもできます。 部屋は広く、バルコニーから見える景色がよかったです。朝食も大変おいし美味しかったです。ポッド、コーヒー、紅茶は部屋に無料で置いてあります。 洗面所も広く、お洒落なアメニティが使用されていて、シャワーも特に問題はありません。スタッフもフレンドリーで、地図を広げながらリスボンの主要観光地を色々教えてくれます。

大変落ち着いた優雅な雰囲気のホテル。サービスもスマートで親切。近くにベストな展望台があります。ロケーションの便利さですと、バイシャ地区（コルメシオ広場方面）に降りるには徒歩15分程度。その途中にたくさんのレストランがあります。ロシオ駅までも同じ程度ですが、少々道に迷いました。 ホテル近くにも良いレストランがありました。飲み物や簡単なものを購入できるお店は周りにたくさんあります。 少しわかりにくい場所にありますが、近くの交差路地（駐車エリアがある小さい広場）に警官が常駐しているため、聞けばわかります。治安の不安は全くありませんでした。 朝食も大変おいしく、エッグタルトもとても美味しかったです。なにより部屋からの景色が贅沢です。ポッド、コーヒー、紅茶は部屋に無料で置いてあります。 お風呂の水圧がちょっと弱いとは思いましたが、問題はありません。お湯になるまでちょっと時間がかかります。 リスボンはまた必ず来たいと思いますが、その時はまた利用すると思います。

チェックアウトの日、タクシーのストライキで、本当に苦労した。ホテルは何も助けてくれず、貼り紙の通知だけ。フライト、ヤバかったです。 それまでの良い印象が飛びました。

マルティンモニス駅から直線距離では遠くありませんが、かなりの坂と階段に心が折れそうになりました。 しかし従業員は親切ですし、部屋も広く、バスタブもあって快適に過ごせます。

Kiva hotelli, joka täytti odotukset. Hotelli on mäen päällä. Hotellista tilatut taksit saa ajaa sinne, muuten jättävät mäen alapuolelle. Myöskään uber/bolt ei saa alueelle. Aamiainen ok, mutta olisin kaivannut enemmän vihanneksia.

Balcony, location, breakfast convenience, AC, mini frig

Great property, well maintained, generous room size and very good breakfast. Just be aware that it is on the top of a hill in a restricted zone so only taxis and not Uber can access it by road. Uber stops at the bottom of the hill and you have to drag your bags up a fairly steep hill for about 200 metres. Suggest take a taxi as they have passes.

The hotel was beautiful, staff were amazing, restaurants fantastic (breakfast was out of this world). Only thing to look out for is the smell from the kitchen is very overpowering that you don’t feel the fresh sea air with the windows open. Ask for a room not above the kitchen.

Great view from our terrace. Comfortable room. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Hike up steps to the hotel from center of Lisbon is brutal! Expedia says 2 minute walk to Castle. Not true. Is another 15-20 minute hike uphill. Uber driver didn't know where hotel was. Just dropped us off a block away and said "use GPS."

Aside from the difficulty in getting up to the hotel because it’s by the castle. The views from the rooms with the patios are amazing and really make your trip special.

Lovely accommodations for those wanting to experience Lisbon but not be center of the city (easy 10 minute walk to downtown, though remember comfy walking shoes, as it’s a lot a steps!). This is on a hill, right next to the Castel, so wonderful for sight-seeing. Staff were helpful and kind. Light breakfast was a great option (and included). I highly recommend the rooms with a small terrace - worth the upgrade to sit and relax after a day of waltzing around :)

Sofia in the breakfast area, was the absolute best part of my stay. I was only there one night, but she took amazingly good care of me. She made sure I had something to eat and drink while I waited to check-in. She told me the second my room was available to check-in to and even took my bags to my room. I absolutely love Sofia and hope this hotel knows what a treasure she is. The hotel needs some upgrades. Older decor and fading mirrors (the blackish areas that don’t reflect any more). I didn’t use the Kureg, but could tell it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sheets were clean, but only two pillows about 2/3 the soa e of regular pillows. The furniture is very dated as are the doors, shower and bathroom fixtures. The rest of the staff are kind and helpful. I’d did feel safe at the hotel, and the lobby area was comfortable. The curtains were ripped and very old, as were the ones in my room. Upgrade the decor and ensure everything is spotless, you will have a winning hotel.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member. He checked us in, helped us set up a day tour to Sintra, and helped us book our train tickets to Porto. He was very kind and went above and beyond. The room was lovely and as pictured on the website. No surprises. We had a lovely patio with a view of the city. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
