ルームメイキングがいい加減。 1. 午後4時に戻ったらまだされておらず、30分外で待ってようやく入室 2. 午前1時に戻ったら中途半端な状態で、使用済みのタオルが残されていたり、清掃用のスプレーボトルが放置されていた。タオル類はフロントデスクに依頼してすぐに持ってきてもらった。

Mooie kamers. Wij waren echter met gezin met 2 kinderen. Dachten hierbij ontbijt geregeld te hebben. Bleek dit maar voor 2 personen bij de kamer te kunnen. Voor de kinderen moesten we voor 2 ontbijtjes nog 80 AUD afrekenen. Dit vonden wij in verhouding wel erg prijzig. Verder alles mooi, fijn en verwarmd zwembad welke open was van 06.30 tot 21.30u. Kan er zelf baantjes trekken. Vriendelijk personeel.

Room was large but was different than what was pictured on Wotif. Did not have new bathroom as pictured

The room was cleaned every day. Tea coffe refilled as well. The front of house (reception). Could not do enough to make our stay welcome. The out door swimming pool was fantastic with a jacuzzi built-in. The casino was excellent as well. Just next to main hotel. Did not have breakfast as we did not have e enough time with all the day trips

It was great after 6 days long walks

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, however l was a bit disappointed with their knowledge. Eg. I asked and l was informed that there are no bus services to the town centre, and my best option is to go and walk there. I took a 35 minutes walk to the town centre and l found a bus ride back to the hotel with a bus stop 50 metres away outside the hotel. I also discovered that the hotel has a bus shuttle service to the town centre on a limited schedule. 1st service around 1 pm, roughly around the time l was at the reception desk. It was my 1st time staying in Alice Springs.

Rooms comfortable and clean. Lots of free parking. Reception staff helpful. Right next to the casino and we were advised not to park our vehicle at the casino end of the car park.

The hotel was good. The room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were great. We enjoyed the pool and loved the Tali restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Booked a room in Block 5, the newest rooms. Lift was out of service, had to use fire stairs. Hallways were filthy on L1 and L2, rubbish, leaf litter etc. Room stank like sewer. Access to gym is good, nice pool but overall, poor standard.
