ホテルに直結しているテルメ・ド・スパへ行くことが主目的だったので、その目的の為には最適のホテルでした。室内も清潔で快適。朝食付きでしたがとても美味しかったです。スパの街を歩くのにも便利なロケーションですし、私たちは電車利用でしたが駅も２駅が徒歩圏でした。テルメ・ド・スパの割引は１日時間制限なしのコースのみ５ユーロ割引です。それについてはあまりメリットがないと感じました。他のバリエーションもあると良いと思いました。が、山の上にあるテルメ・ド・スパへバスローブで行けてロープウェイ代もかからないのは便利なので、テルメ・ド・スパへ行く時にはリピートしたいホテルです。

Spaの中心地にあり、小高い丘にあるテルメ施設には専用のケーブルカーで移動でき、部屋からバスローブでいけるので快適です。レセプションでは多少安くなる入場チケットも扱っています。部屋は新しくて綺麗で快適です。朝食も種類が多く満足しました。

可もなく不可もなく，普通のホテルでした。

出張にて利用。二週間程度利用しました。一週目はタクシーを使い、二週目はレンタカーを停めました。駐車場は、ヨーロッパは何処もそうですが、かなり狭く出入りに苦労します。駐車場料金は特に請求されませんでした。シーズンによるのかもしれません。 部屋は新しいところと古い部屋があるようです。どちらも問題は無いですが、ベット付近にコンセントがある新しい部屋のがいいですね。 接客も丁寧にしれくれて、満足です。

spaが隣接していて、快適。水着着用なので、できれば水着を。 サウナで水着なしの男女兼用があり驚きさすがにはいれませんでした。 日本人には温めのお湯で寒いかも。

Thermes de Spa へはホテルで水着に着替え、ホテルのバスローブを羽織って行けるので非常に便利。

友達との旅で途中経過で立ち寄りましたが、テルメへホテルからバスローブでいくことができ、ホテル全体もきれいでスタッフの対応もよかったです。 街も半日観光するほどではないですが、ショッピングなども楽しめる街でした。

This is the second time we have stayed at the Van Der Valk in Spa having previously stayed in a sister hotel in Liege. The staff are welcoming and professional, the hotel is very clean with all amenities provided. The restaurant and bar area are very much the centre of the hotels focal point, looking out onto the main square in Spa and opposite the famous casino. On both occasions other than a slight issue when checking out this time whereby an internal issue was saying that we hadn’t pre-paid for our room when we had we have never had an issue and will look to return next year. Car parking is free if you are fortunate enough to get a spot in front of the hotel or €20 per night in the secure underground car park directly below the hotel from where you can take the lift straight up to your floor. The restaurant staff are excellent and the he food choice and quality is exceptional with a choice for everyone and for a hotel is priced very reasonably, the same applies to the drinks with the large car area being the focal point in the restaurant area. The breakfast is a buffet in the same restaurant, great choice of fresh fruit, croissant’s etc in addition to cooked foods such as bacon and sausage. Our standard room was clean, large and had a great view of the square, the bathroom is also large and clean. Thoroughly recommended!

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Verder een prima hotel. De directe toegang tot de thermen is ook handig.

Pagué un Upgrade y no me dieron una habitación superior , las amenities no estaban de manera era correcta , las habitaciones limpias pero la calidad de los colchones y almohadas mal, regresé con dolor de cuello

La propreté de la chambre lorsqu’on reste plusieurs nuit , comme dans beaucoup d’hôtel malheureusement. Du moisie dans la douche , pour un hôtel de ce niveau ce n’est pas acceptable. Pour le reste rien à redire, petit déjeuner excelent et très copieuy

Great breakfast, it's moved on from when it was a Radison Hotel. it is now a lot smarted and generaly a nicer place to stay. Parking is better than it used to be with some free parking outside the front as the large "gravel area" has re opened
