今回7泊8日、頼んでも清掃に来ません。もともとパンしかない朝食、ジュースサーバーは壊れたまま治らずでした。 2年間、2か月毎に泊まってますが、状況はだんだん悪くなっています。

ダウンタウンにありレストランも多いのでロケーションは良く、従業員もフレンドリーで好きなのですが、朝食だけ、スクランブルエッグ・ソーセージ・野菜の追加で改善されれば4つ星をつけます。

ホテル自体は古いのですが、改修されているので綺麗です。朝食はパンのみです。ロケーションがこのホテルの最大の売りで、ダウンタウンにあるので、周辺にレストランやバー多数、スーパーもあり、全て徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。

Great location. Walk to the waterfront park, harbour and downtown Orillia. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I had a small room in the basement. Everything was updated and clean, including the bathroom. The room down there is small, but that was reflected in the great price I received. I was on my own so it worked for me. There are larger rooms in the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Parking right at the hotel is a bit tight but they have an overflow lot. Check inside if you can't get a spot. Breakfast was fine and included omlettes and sausages when I was there. I would recommended this hotel. A great place to stay if you would like to explore downtown Orillia.

Parking behind the hotel is a disaster. Thankfully there is an overflow lot nearby.

Hotel was clean, staff were welcoming and accommodating and most importantly the bed was very comfortable.

Room was clean but had a weird sewage smell. Overall not bad for the price

Breakfast was good. Quite a good selection for a continental breakfast. Front desk greeter was lovely. The lack of patking was not an issue. It would be a huge problem in the summer. The existing parking area needs to be resurfaced. Too many potholes.

Great stay, the free breakfast was great! The room was overall nice, but we stayed in the basement and it was nice, but just a tad like a dungeon. The area was super pretty, and the price point was excellent!

Definetly a hidden gem. Extremely clean and has a unique air with it's perfect decor.

The staff at this property are absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I appreciate the care they take in making patrons feel well taken care of. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

House keeping is not at a level one would expect for this type of hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. They were able to provide us with an excellent recommendation for dinner.

Friendly efficient staff. Clean comfortable room. Goid breakfast. Excellent location. Free parking.

Parking is an issue. there was, however, an alternate lot available within walking distance. Not particularly good for seniors.

It's an old building there aren't really any amenities there's a couple restaurants near by but nothing special. Don't select a room in the basement because it's exactly what it sounds like you're in a legit basement of what looks like an old jail house room was tiny 1 queen bed and just enough room to walk around the bed. Not sound proofed at all you can hear every person in the hallway talking or loud talkers next time.
