今回7泊8日、頼んでも清掃に来ません。もともとパンしかない朝食、ジュースサーバーは壊れたまま治らずでした。 2年間、2か月毎に泊まってますが、状況はだんだん悪くなっています。

ダウンタウンにありレストランも多いのでロケーションは良く、従業員もフレンドリーで好きなのですが、朝食だけ、スクランブルエッグ・ソーセージ・野菜の追加で改善されれば4つ星をつけます。

ホテル自体は古いのですが、改修されているので綺麗です。朝食はパンのみです。ロケーションがこのホテルの最大の売りで、ダウンタウンにあるので、周辺にレストランやバー多数、スーパーもあり、全て徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。

Staff was good, room very clean. The wall unit heater/ac was blowing cold air, so turned it off and the room was very cold overnight. The temperature outside was -20, so maybe it just can’t handle that, or we needed to wait longer for warm air. We did wait 15 minutes and it was still blowing cold air, so we turned it off

Clean and comfortable

I stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip. The hotel itself was nice and the room was generally comfortable. However, I was very disappointed with a few things. The in-room coffee machine was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, which was honestly disgusting. The hotel also advertises a continental breakfast, but what was offered was very disappointing and not what I expected. Additionally, I stayed in room 122 and the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud and should be replaced with a quieter one. I was switched to this hotel from the Best Western in Orillia, and unfortunately, I was not happy with the overall experience despite the comfortable room.

Room was very clean, but small. Bathroom was cold, no heat vent. Staff very friendly. Location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants and wsterfront.

The policy online says check-in "3pm to anytime". I booked the room so my pregnant wife would have a place to stay until a morning appointment. The desk clerk said they didn't allow check-in after 3am and sent her away.

The hotel location is terrific; close to the waterfront and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and compact and the king bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Property informed us on the day of arrival that they don’t have any rooms, meanwhile credit card got charged. On top of that, their customer service was rude.
