今回7泊8日、頼んでも清掃に来ません。もともとパンしかない朝食、ジュースサーバーは壊れたまま治らずでした。 2年間、2か月毎に泊まってますが、状況はだんだん悪くなっています。

ダウンタウンにありレストランも多いのでロケーションは良く、従業員もフレンドリーで好きなのですが、朝食だけ、スクランブルエッグ・ソーセージ・野菜の追加で改善されれば4つ星をつけます。

ホテル自体は古いのですが、改修されているので綺麗です。朝食はパンのみです。ロケーションがこのホテルの最大の売りで、ダウンタウンにあるので、周辺にレストランやバー多数、スーパーもあり、全て徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。

My second stay. In a great location. Limited parking behind hotel offsite parking available but it rained all four days and walking a few blocks to the car was inconvenient. Breakfast was average. Biggest issue is space planning in the bathroom. We had a king size room. The sink takes up the entire counter. No place to set anything other than the top of the toilet. Evidently some rooms have a glass shelf which would have been nice.

Clean, nice staff

Terrible secondary parking arrangement with poor instructions and directions to it. Small room with annoying pidgeon at our window. Day time receptionist pleasant and appologetic.

Checking in was not pleasant. We reserved a queen room with fireplace and never got this. We were given a double bed and no fireplace. The guy at front desk said they do not have fireplaces. SO WHY IS IT LISTED TO BOOK??THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS THE WORST WE HAVE HAD. NO fresh fruit or real orange juice. No peanut butter. Parking was a HUGE ISSUE. There are only maybe 10 spots behind the building and you have to walk around the hotel to get to the back. Do not recommend this place at all. I’d rather pay the extra money and stay at a hotel that is comfortable and a nice continental breakfast.. we have stayed at so many hotels with continental breakfast and they’ve been lovely. This one was the worst.!!!!!! Not worth $200 a night.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were verynfriendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Nice place ,but very small space in the room.

Great bed, pillows and linens. Room was clean and well appointed. Kudos to the owners for the well done restoration of a grand old hotel

Bathroom was quite dirty

The room is clean, tidy, hygienic and comfortable, and the food is rich in nutrition.

Great value, great location. A lovely old hotel with updated rooms. A little rough around the edges.

Limited parking. Small lot. Toilet was not working. Were given replacement room. Courteous staff. Especially Penny. Sticky floor in elevator. Otherwise not bad for a hotel built over a century ago.
