ホテル自体は古いのですが、改修されているので綺麗です。朝食はパンのみです。ロケーションがこのホテルの最大の売りで、ダウンタウンにあるので、周辺にレストランやバー多数、スーパーもあり、全て徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。

Very nice historical hotel but with modern amenities. Smaller room but excellent staff, good free breakfast and fantastic location by the waterfront and downtown Orillia. Lots of dining and shopping around the hotel. Free hotel parking was great.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Room was nice and comfortable. Room and hotel were very clean. Convenient location for walking Orillia main street which is quite interesting. Many interesting shops.

The hotel is located very near the marina and lakeside park. It is also convenient to restaurants and shopping in Orillia. 😊

No parking at hotel..had to walk a block away. Restaurant under construction. Close to water.

I liked the decor and the bed was very comfortable.

The property advertised rooms available on the "lower level" but in fact the room is in a basement; one tiny window below street level, dark, right next to hotel laundry, weird smell, moist.

They gave us a basement room. The basement smelled like wet dog. The room was also the size of a bathroom with a window below grade with no view and barely any sunlight. The breakfeast only had sliced bread, one waffle machine, milk and 2 types of cereals, apples, oranges, yogurt and that was pretty much it.

The property is in a good location. However, the room was too tiny for such a relatively high cost, and there wasn't even a proper closet: just a stick about 30 cm long with the 3 hangers on it. The parking lot was packed, and it took some effort and extra walking for us to finally get a parking spot. The body wash and shampoo bottles in the bathroom were hung so high that it was impossible to reach them for someone who is not tall. I don't think we will ever want to stay in this hotel again, and we will definitely NOT recommend it to anyone we know.

Great check in process. Funky layout with stairs. Not super accessible. Small rooms/bathrooms. Fridge had x cups in it from previous guest stay. Fridge was not cold-broken. Good location by the water. Limited onsite parking but other lot available within walking distance. Breakfast included was ok. Basic continental plus a waffle making station. Hotel was quiet- nice lobby area. Hallway floors could have been more tidy. Reasonable overnight rate.

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Great location downtown and close to the lake and walking trails. There was limited seating for breakfast so you have to sit on a sofa and manage your plate on your knee.

Property does not look like the pictures it's very old very limited parking, we got put in a basement extremely small room with a window and grill with no exit if there was a problem, when we check the end there were lines of laundry carts it looks like a manufacturing plant very unprofessional

The property is very out-dated and had a musky smell including my room. My partner kept hitting his feet in a metal part of the bed frame that was sticking outwards, whenever he would walk to and from the bed. The property over all was ok. It wasn’t bad but just needs renovations. Staff were good at check in and check out.

The location is right at the base of the main street making it an easy walk for shopping and eating. The waterfront is a 5 - 10 minute walk away as well. We were somewhat disappointed with the breakfast. It was made up of mostly starch and sugar and felt that some healthy options should also have been made available.
