長期滞在向けです。施設は古いですが、客室内に洗濯機、乾燥機があります。数回分の洗剤あり。キッチンには電子レンジ、食洗機、ポット、トースター等々揃っており、調理やレストランからの持ち帰り等にも困りません。インスタントコーヒーや紅茶、塩胡椒、数回分の食洗機洗剤、食器用洗剤、スポンジ、台拭き等もあり。ヘイスティングストリート側にも出入口があるのでビーチやレストランへのアクセスは最高です。施設内にはプールもあり。駐車場とレセプションはヘイスティング側からではないので注意が必要。古いですが、アクセス、客室内の備品等を考慮すると他のヘイスティング沿いアパートメントホテルに比べると低価格だと思います。

各種調理器具、食器、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、乾燥機を完備したホテル。長期滞在向けか。施設内は綺麗に保たれている。ビーチ、メインストリートに近く、極めて便利。無料WiFiが使えるはずだったが、接続不可。防音がちゃんとしていないのか、酔っぱらいの大声で夜中に目が覚めることが数回あった。

Unfortunately pool was under construction. So we didn't have peaceful time at room. Always noisy, somebody could see us into room. Besides, not enough to be clean room. Lots of hairs in laundry&dryer machine, and shower room.

デラックス1ベッドルームに3泊。 ３ＦのHastings street側の部屋だった。景色は海側だが、前に別のホテルの建物があるので海は残念ながら見えない。ただ、前のホテルの3階程度の建物なので圧迫感もなく、すぐそばには緑がたくさんで、鳥のさえずりが絶えず聞こえ、心地よい滞在となった。部屋は改装済みで、コンパクトだったが、何もかも綺麗で気持ちよかった。バスタブがなく、シャワーだったのが残念。 フロントは24時間オープンなので、夜、部屋にキーを忘れて外出してしまった時も、すぐに対応してくれた。

ビーチやメインストリートに近い絶好のロケーションですが、他のビーチサイドのホテルに比べるとお値打ちです。ただ「サービス・アパートメント」ですので、部屋の清掃は滞在中ありません。そういったシステムに慣れていない方は注意してください。キッチンや洗濯機が室内にあって長期滞在にも便利です。

3泊しました。ロケーションは海からすぐで、近くに大きなスーパーcolesがあって便利でした（歩いては無理ですが）。周りのレストランはとても高かったので助かりました。部屋も清潔感があってとてもよかったです。シャワー室はお湯も溜めれるので日本人には良いと思います。部屋の不満を言えば網戸があって欲しかったな。でも総合的にとても良かったです。

立地条件は抜群ですが、空調（暖房）が効かずに体調を壊しました。フロントに連絡を入れて部屋まで来ていただいて操作していただきましたがだめでした。残念です。そのほかは立地・周辺環境はよかったのですが。

Had a great room overlooking the pool, car parking easy and secure and the best location on Hastings street across the road from the beach Staff in reception were fantastic, very helpful and accommodating Would definitely stay again

Front Desk Staff were super friendly and helpful! Was unaware of construction occuring causing lack of parking & non-daily room cleaning at time of booking though.

Nice resort, kids loved the pool area, apartments could do with an update. Excellent location & nice staff.

the pool was fantastic the balcony had water constantly dripping from above which made it almost unusable

Lots of bugs. Small ants crawling throughout the unit. Small cockroaches in the bathrooms. Big cockroaches in the living area. Moths and silverfish. Bugs in my bed, so much so that I had to shake out the sheets… it’s Australia, but even for Australia this was a lot of bugs. We kept all patio doors closed, and still they came. Also, hallway was full of garbage in front of the unit when we checked in. If this was a motel, that would be fine, but this was very expensive for minimal cleanliness.

Bed and couch were very uncomfortable and the apartment needs a refurbishment. We were there for a week and we were never offered any room cleaning. Beach towels are provided and the pool is lovely. Our daughter’s room had been renovated and was beautiful. Great position for beach and Hastings street shops and restaurants.
