The hotel was great. Just one thing, since there was no desk lamp, it was kind of dark using the desk at night

とても綺麗で広くて、キッチンは大きな冷蔵庫やフォークナイフ類まであって、大変満足でした。一晩だけでしたが、これなら一週間位滞在しても快適に暮らせそうです。

前回は隣のホテルに泊まったが、大した差がなかった。今回は一階だったから良かったけど、二階だったら大変だったっと思う。朝食にワッフルがなかったのが残念だった。

My friends and I loved the place. I came into town and met up with some El Paso friends. We loved having a kitchen at our disposal with all clean glasses for our cocktails and spoons and coffee; we loved it. TV's in all the rooms and air conditioning. Everyone noticed how clean and luxurious it felt. The check-in staff was more than accommodating and friendly. If you're having a gathering and want your friends to be impressed, stay at the Chase Suites - you won't be sorry.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast stood out in the best way not your typical hotel fare, but more like delicious, comforting home cooked meals. I absolutely loved it! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The entire property was spotless, and the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by how exceptional this hotel turned out to be it’s definitely a hidden gem. Part of me hesitated to write this review because I’d love to keep this place all to myself, but it truly deserves the praise!

The hotel is old, which is fine, but they should really invest in new mattresses. Plus, we didn't get any Expedia VIP perks, so don't expect them.

The breakfast was disappointing there really wasnt anything when we got there at 830. There was only one waffle machine and a lady was hogging it making multiples after multiples not letting anyone else use it. The VIP i paid for wasnt really anything special. Actually no perks we involved. I asked for a refund since our room had roaches. Ive still to see it credit to my account. Definitely wont stay again. Thank you to expedia for getting the front desk to answer the dang phones

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The pools were nice. Breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was they say breakfast ends at 9 but they were cleaning and putting everything away by 8:30.

It was nice I had thought it was a living room and a separate bedroom it wasn’t I did find a huge cockroach Food was pretty good loved the Texas sized waffle

We loved the room and the accessibility to nearby restaurants. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Definitely coming back.

Me he hospedado muchísimas ocasiones, pero ya se le nota que necesita urgentemente una remodelación y una fumigación. No creo hayan sido bed bugs, pero había insectos en la habitación.

Real clean and nice service teams

Había cucarachas en la habitación y no recibimos atención, salieron por la noche ya que nos íbamos a dormir y llamamos al loby y nos dijeron que la persona que se encarga de la limpieza llegaba por la mañana y no nos resolvieron nada … ASQUEROSO!!!

El hotel esta bastante bueno. Muy limpio, camas cómodas pero ya le hace falta mantenimiento profundo y una remodelación pues se ve viejo y requiere de modernización en sus instalaciones y aparatos (refrigerador, estufa, TV´s, etc. La primer noche el a/c no funcionaba pero no estuvo tan mal por un minisplit que se pudo en planta alta; pero ya requiere de nuevos equipos de refrigeración más modernos y eficientes.

The property was in close proximity to the numerous locations involved in my trip to El Paso.

Staff was amazing, accomodations and rooms were equally as amazing. Isela at the front desk made check in very pleasant, as well as the other staff throughout the day. My wife and I were in town for the Coldplay concert, and it was refreshing when the staff asked at 0500 AM as we were checking out to fly back home, "How was the concert?" The amount of care every staff member emulates made El Paso and the concert all that much more amazing. Thank you again. We will see you again in the future
