日本人で余り滞在した方はおられないかと思いますが、英語による他者の投稿・レビューの通りこちらのスイーツは最高でした。 私たちは家族（大人2名・子供2名）の滞在であった為、Queen Bed　×　2　のスイーツの部屋を予約していましたが、フロントの大変親切な女性の方の好意で、グレードアップしたking Bed ＋Queen Bed　×　2の部屋を無償で提供頂きました。 またチェックインの時間より少々早めに現地に到着しましたが、受け入れて頂き、部屋の準備を待つ間も、飲み物と特製マフィンのおもてなしがありました。 このホテルは90号線のインターからすぐの場所に位置しているので、初めての滞在でも誰でもすぐに見つけられ、大変 わかりやすいロケーションです。 実際私達も、Boston からNiagaraに行く際に途中の宿泊地として選択し、旅の疲れを癒してくれる顧客満足度の高い宿泊地を探し、このホテルを見つけました。 日本から午前中にBostonに入り移動する為、時差ぼけ解消と熟睡ができる、ゆっくり休めるホテルが必要だったのです。 部屋に入ると、広々としたインテリアが統一された大変綺麗な空間を目の当たりにしました。 スイーツではあるのですが、実質king Bed の部屋とQueen Bed　×　2の部屋の2部屋を使わせていただく形で、所謂こねくティングルームというもので、中で2部屋が行き来できるようになっており、贅沢にもバスルームを二つ使わせて頂きました。カードキーも2部屋分預かりました。 部屋の中は大変綺麗に清掃が行き届いており、バスルームもとても気持ちのよいものでした。 ベッドもこの上ないもので、サイズ・クッション性・清潔感・寝心地最高のものでした。 翌日の朝食は6：30からスタートでしたので、早速スタート時に行きましたが、想像している以上にバラエティに富み、美味しく、ビュッフェスタイルで食べられるものでした。 特にマッシュルーム入りのソースをかけて食べたソーセージは美味しく、家族で何回もおかわりをした程でした。 その後、米国・カナダでシェラトン・ヒルトン・リゾートホテル等の★★★★クラスのホテルを利用しましたが、最初のこのホテルが総合的に一番良かったというのが、家族全員の感想です。 グリーンブッシュという場所自体は、日本人が観光として利用するケースは少ないと思いますが、Boston からNiagaraへ車で行く際の宿泊地として、または最寄りのアルバニーに行く際にはぜひ利用されることをお勧めします。 私自身もまた同じルートで行く際には、必ずこのホテルに宿泊したいと思っています。

There is not aheated pool because manager is incompetent.

I love our stay at this property. Love the my entire family was welcome including my puppy. I highly recommend this property.

The only thing I don’t like is their coffee. It’s doesn’t taste good at all. Some staff at the front desk could use an attitude adjustment. Otherwise this hotel has become our go to for the Albany area.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Nice looking lobby. Clean rooms and the bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. I like that the thermostat was adjustable. Breakfast was included 7-10am with scramble eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, dry cereal, instant oatmeal, juices, coffee, yogurt. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to highway.

We enjoyed the property and location, however the neighboring room was smoking the entire time throughout our 4 night stay. The first night I knocked on their door multiple times to ask them to stop but they didn't answer and turned their music up louder. (Room 235) Then reported the smoke smell to the front desk that the neighboring room was smoking and it was going under the Divider Room Door and around the door. They did nothing about it so we ultimately purchased tape and Febreeze from the gas station next door. Taped around the door that separated the rooms, laid a bath towel on the floor to block the smell coming from under the door and sprayed Febreeze every few minutes around the door. It still smelled of smoke when they lit up but definitely helped the situation some unlike the front desk.
