部屋はきれいに清掃されていて、ベッドメイキングも適切であった。ただ机が小さく、電源の場所を考えると不適切な位置のため、仕事をするには部屋のレイアウトが若干不便。 その他は特に問題はなく、空調も適切に調整ができ備品等も補充されるため、快適に過ごすことができた。

従業員の対応がひどかった。 支配人も対応が不誠実だった。

Nice as usual

Personnel super agréable. C’est la quatrième fois que je viens dans cette hôtel depuis plusieurs années ! Toujours aussi sympa pour l’emplacement et la piscine sur le toit! Je trouve cependant que l’hôtel vieillit et n’est pas entretenu. Une bonne rénovation ne ferait que du bien!

El personal muy amable. De ahí en fuera, el hotel está muy deteriorado. El piso del cuarto es solo pintura solver concreto en muy mal estado. El emplastado de muros todo lleno de parches sin lijar ni pintar. El olor del edificio y de los cuartos es similar al de una alberca interior, terrible. Los accesorios metálicos de baño, todos con corrosión y las alfombras de los pasillos en urgente necesidad de reemplazo. La cama es dura y los rieles de cortina ya no corren con facilidad. Uno de los ascensores dejó de funcionar un día. Lo único rescatable es la amabilidad del personal.

It’s really run down. The staff are lovely. My room smelt like open sewer. The toilet ran water constantly. The pipes from other rooms were very audible all night. It’s all a bit run down.

Atendimento péssimo no bar da piscina. Aliás não parece piscina, mas sim um poço. O quarto não tem armário e não comporta sequer cabides. Não há apoio para abrir a mala. Quarto espremido com banheiro grande. Seja no box, seja no banheiro, seja no quarto, não há como apoiar seus objetos de uso pessoal. Hotel mal projetado e com atendimento arrogante.

The stay was good. The downside is that I was put in a room that had water damage. The bathroom and floors were stained and looked dirty.

It’s right in the center of the LBGTQ plus community lots of food. Restaurants also has an excellent breakfast buffet and upstairs pool and bar, which is great for daytime just hanging out by the pool also has a bar on the eighth floor a GM sauna and you can get a massage right on site. It’s very convenient. The staff was excellent. The place kept very clean. I would recommend it to everyone who going to visit Barcelona.

Bien ubicado. El personal muy atento. El desayuno bueno. Pero hay que aclarar que el hotel no es que sea gay friendly, es prácticamente gay.

Terrible and staff. I requested some flexibility with my booking and they would not accommodate. Very greedy and no interest in customer service.

Set nice place to stay. Great vibe, great breakfast, and wonderful location. To be honest the staff was fine but not as friendly as before when I stayed before.

Gorgeous hotel and great location in the gayborhood.

Good location and some members of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the hotel’s marketing or price level. The first room was far below what I consider acceptable for a four-star hotel, with no proper exterior window and very limited privacy. After a room change, there were still issues, including a persistent sewage smell. The hotel description also failed to give a realistic picture of the hotel’s concept and atmosphere, which would have influenced my booking decision. While some staff were excellent, others were dismissive and unhelpful. Despite these issues, the hotel refused to provide any compensation, even though the first room was clearly below an acceptable standard. Overall, I do not feel the hotel delivered the quality advertised, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Outside has a fun look, but inside is outdated and underwhelming. The staff had bad attitudes and seemed unhappy with their jobs. We had to wait later than original check in suggested and room was still not complete. Housekeeping seemed to rush and lack of attention to details. The room was outdated, wallpaper coming off, and mold in shower. We found numerous hairs on the shower floor and the layout confusing. We could hear loud music coming from the restaurant or lounge we believe and noticed smell from the bathroom. Elevators were slow and little confusing. The location of this hotel was one of the only positive things I would say and wouldn't suggest this hotel to others.

Extremely well located, great rooftop and clean room. We stayed during the week and had no issues with noise even as our room (6th floor) faced a street. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was great, location was good, close to lots of restaurant and bars. The roof top pool was really nice with great views of the city. Room was a good size and staff are friendly

We were really looking forward to this stay. Upon check-in, we got to the room (which was a fully accessible room, which wasn't a problem but not what we booked), but notice the toilet leaking - making a loud water hissing sound. We went and told reception who advised that it would be looked at straight away. We got home later that night to find out that the toilet had not been fixed yet, however had started to notice that the toilet would make the flushing sound every 5 to 7 minutes. This kept me up most of the night. The following morning I went to reception and advised that it hadn't been fixed, and was once again told that it would be fixed again today. We got home again that evening, and the toilet was still making the loud sounds. I went to reception and asked if we could change rooms, I was told there were no rooms available, however checking online there was still rooms available to book for that evening. By the third day I'd given up asking for support, as no one seem to care, offer an apology, or look at a suitable option for moving us... The next day we woke up to our room completely flooded by a leak from the upper levels. We used our towels to clean the floor, and left them by the front door. By now, i've given up asking for help. I sent an email, and got a response advising that they were going to look at the toilet that day, but guess what, still that night it wasn't fixed and no offer to move us. Disappointing outcome for what was supposed to be a lovely stay.

Perfekt läge i staden. Hjälpsam och glad personal i receptionen. Fantastiskt poolområde på taket. Det som var dåligt var bland annat skicket i rummet: Kranen i badrummet var lös, likaså toaletthållaren på väggen. Det sprang ett par silverfiskar på golvet. Det var också massa fläckar på heltäckningsmattan ute i korridoren. Det var lyhört, man hörde. Arne ord som sades av personer utanför rumsdörren.
