娘の見送りにビクトリアにきました。 立地がとてもよく、気持ち良い4日間を過ごせました。

事前に2部屋のconnecting roomを希望したら、きちんと対応して頂きました。ホテル内も非常に快適で、スタッフもにこやかに丁寧に対応頂けました。コンシェルジェサービスでwhale watching tourを申込んでいただきました。door man含めて皆さんとても親切なホテルでした。また次に行くときもここに泊まりたいです。

今どきWifiが二台目以降有料だったのは驚きましたが、他は満足できました。

Convenient

Had a wonderful time in this hotel, the great location, quiet area, no carpet in rooms, nice staff.

I wanted a hotel with a great indoor pool ..convenient& walkable to harbour..yet away from crowds ..i was on the 2nd floor ..great for access to outdoor space patio, pool, workout room..lovely touch is fruit bowl in the workout room… rooms are huge with large windows…even one opens….all in all i’d stay here again AND same floor ….felt so homey…

The hotel was walkable from the ferry. A little pricey for what it was, but great location and excellent service.

The hotel and property and rooms were nice, staff eas friendly however, in room ameneties were sorely lacking for the price. Our group was disappointed there were no basic ameneties such as coffee maker/coffee or even basic shower/bathroom amenities. For the price the lack of in room ameneties was very disaapointing.

If you still with the hotel you should not half to pay for park so much. You pay more than enough for each night staying

The hvac trunk ran through our room. It was loud and awful. We got no sleep at all. Turning it off did nothing because the popping and cracking of the venting kept us up as well. There was blood on the inside of our door. Husband called after we left for dinner and when we came back it was removed. Told the front desk about our experience and they could care less. I wouldn’t stay again. There are many other options.

Lovely and exceptiinally clean hotel. We liked how it was centrally located. They also went abive and beyond by sending us each a plate of cheesecake to celebrate our friend's 40th burthday.

We enjoyed 2-night stay in the Hotel. Only disappointment was getting a room on the 4th floor view no proper view. The 2 nights cost us about CAD $1400 including parking.
