メトロと空港バスの終点cais do sodre駅が郊外線の始発駅。最寄りのarcos駅はゾーン3で、21分かかる。メインの西口から坂道を上り２４分から２６分でホテルへ。ホテルから駅は下りで２０分で東口に到着する。駅からホテル近くにバス２路線あり。駅から徒歩１、２分にスーパーがあり、毎日営業。 リスボンのイワシ祭りで宿泊した。６月１２日の市内行きは平日の２０分毎なのが、昼間は１０時、１３時、１８時と超間引き運転だった。プラットフォームには全く掲示されていなかったが、切符売り場には掲示されていた。 高台にあるホテルで、南側の部屋からは４月２５日橋が遠くに眺められる。ゆっくりできる部屋の広さで、ミニバーがありよく冷えている。冷房もよく効く。バスタブが広くゆっくりできる。Wifiは問題なし。部屋が暗いので読書はできない。 朝食は満足。新鮮なオレンジジュース、ベイクドビーンズ、マッシュルームもある。カットフルーツ３種とケーキ４種に日替わりがあった。カプチーノがインスタント？？ 他のreal hotelグループにも宿泊してみたい。

清潔で見晴もよく、快適でした。シャトルバスを運行してもらえれば尚良い。 朝食ビュッフェもすばらしかった。

ホテルは丘の上にあります。空港からタクシー利用で行きは、20分、35ユーロで少しぼられた気がします。（一人旅なのに、大きなタクシーに移動させられたうえ、このタクシーは高いとのステッカーが車内に張ってあった）すぐに支払わず、ホテルのフロントで確認しましたが、「そういう料金になる事もあります」と言われたので仕方無く支払いました。ちなみに帰りは、同じく20分程で20ユーロ少しでした。 ホテルで最寄駅を聞くと、「ホテルの近く」と言われたのですが、 数人の人に聞いて探し回ったあげく、「2キロあるので、タクシーを使った方が良い」 と言われました！ホテルに戻った頃にはくたくたでした。そのスタッフに苦情を言うと、 「歩けないんだったら、タクシー呼べますよ」とだけ言われました。 タクシーでも、3分はかかる（5ユーロ）距離で平坦で無い住宅街を歩けとは不親切と 思い、マネージャーにクレームを言いました。謝罪をして頂き、この従業員に指導を するとの事。20分以上かかる分かり難い道のり誰が行けるのか不思議です。

El buffet de desayuno es muy completo. Piscina suficientemente grande para nadar. El personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó fueron las almohadas.

We loved the room size, view and very large balcony. The breakfast was great as well. The only complaint we had was the concierge at the front desk was lacking in some of the info he gave us. We were not made aware that we would need our room card to ride the elevator, use the electricity in our room etc. We had to keep calling the front desk to get this info.

We booked this hotel bot realizing how close it is to downtown Lisbon. Because we had rented a car, this was a nice surprise, althpugh Im sure theres a bus that could get you anywhere from here if you don't have a car. The staff were extremely nice without being intrusive. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was very nice, especially for the price, quiet, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The balcony and the view were nice as well. We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our trip, and we stayed downtown Lisbon in another hotel for our final night. This hotel was less than half the price and nicer in my opinion, and only a 20 minute drive to downtown! The included breakfast was fantastic, great variety, fresh and good quality (as was all the food we had in Portugal!). Would absolutely stay again.

El el hotel y sus servicios son perfectos. Si un esta de turismo en Lisboa, como en mi caso es un poco lejos de la parte turística. Pero el hotel sus instalaciones y su atención es muy buena.

The hotel was great everything it was amazing is a bit far from Lisbon so if you don’t mind to spend with Uber but overall great! Clean, comfortable the staff was very helpful and friendly.

La verdda que el servicio del hotel excelente, la gente de recepcion, camareros...pero las instalaciones distan bastante de un 4 estrellas, el baño con los azulejos sucios, las toallas viejas, hasta deshilachadas, la nevera calentaba, cuando abrias la puerta hacia un ruido enorme el baño y se levantaba una placa metalica del techo, moqueta en el suelo muy anticuada, wifi con muy mala conexion, te tenias que acercar al baño para poder tener conexion, deaayuno miy pobre pocp para elegir y poco higienico, no tenian las cosas en envases individuales, pe la nutella o mermelada o miel con lo que la gente se ponia en su tostada con la misma cuchara que luego tenoa restos de comida, lo mismo con el yogurt, en cambio la comida del restaurante mucho mejor. Las camaas han sido comodas y las almohadas tambien. La piscina dificil de usar ya que el agua estaba congelada, pero tienen una zona de cesped donde permitem jugar a los niños y eso estuvo genial En resumen si buscas un hotel de 4 estrellas con buen desayuno no vayas a este, porque yo le daria un 3 escaso, ahora el personal del hotel fenomenal

Där finns ingenting en by

Personalen i receptionen var mycket trevlig. I övrigt ingen bra upplevelse. Frukosten katastrof. Maten fylldes inte på, ohjälpsam och långsam personal, väntetid en av dagarna ca 30 minuter så vi åt på annat ställe. Managern skulle återkomma efter vårt klagomål vilket inte skedde.
