Love this hotel! Location Location! We try to book here every time we come

It was great just the rooms could use more electric outlets to plug my veries electric equipment.

Stayed here recently and overall it was a mixed experience. First, the positives: the rooms looked recently renovated, which was a nice surprise—modern touches and clean overall. The pool area was decent and made for a nice place to relax in the afternoons. That said, there were several drawbacks. Parking was a headache—cars were often double parked in the small lot, and on one occasion I had to track down the owner of a car behind me just to get out. Definitely not ideal. The shower water pressure was extremely low, and on two mornings there was no hot water, which was frustrating. No breakfast is offered, which was fine for me but might be a downside for some travelers. If they can fix the water issues and improve parking, this place has potential. But as it stands, it’s just okay.

Only issie was not aware of a resort fee changed at check-in. This property is not a resort its a nice hotel on the beach.

Staff was very friendly,, but the rooms were dirty, lots of mold everywhere, on the furniture on the roof, pool area was nice but so many kids in the jacuzzi couldn’t use it the entire two days we were there,, we had to ask for a broom so that we could sweep the floor when we first got there because it was so nasty,, had to lay towels down throughout the room ,, had to put clothes on the furniture in order to sit on it because the mold,,

The service was amazing since the time i booked until the time i left.

Nice staff, very close to beach…everything is great but expect 25$ for extra hotel fee as resort fee!

We had a nice stay here for an event in town, met friends and hung out at the bar and pool. Everything was very close by, most was walking distance. The parking for hotel guests was complicated, however doable. I would recommend this hotel to others!

Wonderul customer service, security on property, clean, easy walking distance to shops and the beach, clean pool and spa area. This was the 2nd time staying here and will continue to be where we stay when going to Daytona. Couldn't ask for a better place 100% recommend star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was ok but had to go to the hotel next door which their tiki bar was way better plus they served food and Boardwalk Inn and Suites has a very small outdoor bar and no food

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boardwalk Inn and Suites! The staff were amazing; very helpful and kind. Our rooms were clean and beautiful. We loved being right on the beach!! Our outlets did struggle to keep up with our charging needs, but everything else was absolutely amazing. The staff even upgraded us to an executive suite without us asking!

Once we checked in, our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. Staff at check-in and check-out was very dismissive and unfriendly. Parking was inconvenient.

The floor always was sorry we asked to have it cleaned for two days before they actually got it done. The staff was wonderful but housekeeping was terrible. The pool was AMAZING. No in hotel food.

Perfect location. Several shops, restaurants and the boardwalk within walking distance. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Parking was the only thing we didn’t like, but not an inconvenience. Will definitely stay here again!

Check in was fine just slow only 1 person checking people in and 4 in line

People were very friendly rooms werent the best but it was affordable

(1) The doors to the hotels all lead to an outdoor walkway. This means all of the traffic going in and out of Daytona Beach is very present in the rooms. For me, staying on the first floor, that was especially prevalent, but so too was the realization that the doors are not sealed incredibly well. The cleaning staff comes around early, and they're understandably sociable with one another, so between the talking and the horrendous sound of the towel bins rolling on the concrete floor, it was hard to have a late start if you needed one. This didn't just mean noise though, because other things can leak in through the cracks. I'm happy to say though, that only one of the seven nights I stayed involved an encounter with a bug. (2) This is a picky note, but obviously, being near the beach meant sand and water are unavoidable upon returning to the hotel after a day on the shore. This is not so troublesome if you're an early riser and sparingly put up the Do Not Disturb sign, but that is not me. I need my sleep, and so I'd put up the sign, only to discover that it was unlikely for the staff to come around after a certain point–which meant more often than not, you're brushing your feet off before getting into bed or just wearing shoes all the time. (3) The parking situation is crazy
