Beaucoup d’activités directement à l’hôtel et dans les environs. Vue de la chambre à couper le souffle !

The room and general upkeep of the space was good, the problem we encountered was a lack of quality food available. There is one full service restaurant avaliable for dinner and the bar area has a very limited selection. We felt responsible for not having made dinner reservations so booked room serv8ce. When room service was 15 minutes late we followed up.only to hear that there was an error and service would be completed in 40 minutes.

Chambre très confortable avec vue sur le fleuve

Staff at reception terrible , hallways and rooms are in very poor state. Only positive was the food at the restaurant st Laurent as well as the buffet breakfast. The hostess was an older lady who sat us for dinner and breakfast. She was extremely nice and helpful. The entire rooms department, staff and product need a completely new decor and training.

Service impeccable et qualité excellente des installations de loisirs et de sport. Je recommande.

La proprete des chambres , le personnel attentionner et la qualite des repas

La chambre n'était pas en bon état Lampes ne fonctionnaient pas, fauteuil défraîchi, Savon a douche manquant, Désappointant pour un hotel que se veut de luxe, Frais d'hébergement en sus du prix de la chambre qui est le prix payé pour l'hébergement . Très décevant .

Bar is empty , pool is cold .. they say 90f but it’s clearly the heater temp and not the pool temp
