スタッフのみなさんがとても親切で、とても素晴らしい滞在となりました。

朝食がボックスに入ってドアの横に掛けていて自分の部屋で頂くスタイルです。 帰国時は朝5時のチェックアウトでしたが 4:30には準備してくれていました。 フロントスタッフの対応も良かったです。 目が合うと「ボンジュール」と言ってくれます。

ホテルの皆さんの対応が極めて良かったです。

The room was clean, very quiet and had everything we needed. The location is great, steps away from everything in Old City. The continental breakfast was fine and helped to tide us over until we got ready.

Room very nice..i would recommend not facing the street on saturday night ...noise lasted until 4am...loud music from cars, partyers yelling on street...but hotel and the restaurant were excellent

Lovely hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Love the breakfast delivery to the room. The location was in the heart of the historic district and it was easy to get around.

Great location for touring old Montreal. Staff was excellent and helpful, the breakfast box delivered to room offered a fresh light continental breakfast, delivered to room. Great for a light snack before heading out

The hotel in Montreal was wonderful very clean the staff was very professional and the restaurant on the property was outstanding. We would definitely stay again when we returned to Montreal. The continental breakfast was very good in the bed sheets and pillows are outstanding

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and a nice blend of old boutique charm and modern conveniences. Overall a really comfortable stay in a lovely hotel.

Loved the location and the look of the hotel The only thing negative is the breakfast option. With a wonderful restaurant on the main floor one would think that breakfast could be better than a box with a piece of cake and a bottle of juice at the door in the morning. I understand the expense of the area but at the price of a nights stay the breakfast could be better

Charming hotel in great location . AC was a bit challenging to manage and didn’t work in one the rooms we booked but otherwise it was a good experience

The staff was excellent and very responsive and helpful. The facility is quite clean and the continental breakfast were very good. The only improvement I would make, is to have a lobby that is more conducive to just sitting around and unwinding. The lobby is lovely and bright, which we appreciated.

Perfect stay in Montreal! Location of the hotel is perfect for walking around old Montreal and easy to head off to other parts of the city. The restaurant and bar in the hotel were amazing! The bartender, Theo, made some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!

I really liked how close everything was to the hotel. The restaurant was also delicious. The front staff was extremely helpful.
