Really nice heritage building handy to the town centre. Rooms need a freshen up especially the bathrooms and TV was on the glitch, might be a Sky TV issue seems like the whole country is having drama at the momment with Sky TV We still enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again.

Location is fabulous, room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful.

Kids loved the breakfast. Nice and close to everything. Had a modern room.

This hotel is extremely dated. The rooms are old and carpets worn. Needs an uplift. Even the toilet seat is peeling paint… Also simple things like making sure there isn’t rubbish and linen all over the halls and blocking stairs would be good.. Unless there is an update, won’t be staying there again

Good location. Room was clean. Parking was unclear initially. With modern technologies, it would have been nice to cast to the TV. All in all. Good experience.

This was an awesome stay. The facilities around the property, gardens, tennis court and seating areas were fabulous. The room was well set up and clean. Location is great. Breakfast was a great bonus including mini pastries, pancakes, toast, cereal and filter coffee.

Very friendly and helpful team. Bathroom and beds was clean. There were a lot of ladybugs around inside, mould on the curtains and muck on the sofa which were a bit off putting.

Not worth the money. The room was advertised with a balcony, there was no balcony. The windows didn’t even open. Run down rooms! Nice garden and location. That’s about it

Magnificent 100 year old world charm with beautiful gardens, magnificent old trees , wonderful dining room with log fire and brilliant mountain views .. in the middle of the town and across the road from the thermal hot springs

Staff friendly and helpful. Location very convenient. Dining room service good,food was good with large portions. Hotel itself was like a return to the 1990’s if nostalgia is your thing then this is the place.

Loved our stay. We would highly recommend room 112. The breakfast was adequate… sadly coffee could have been stronger and hotter.

Very clean and tidy

Room was comfortable and well located. Water damage to cabinetry in the bathroom made it look a bit rough for the price and bathroom was very cold. Properties grounds are outstanding.

Lovely hotel in beautifully manicured grounds
