8月半ばに家族4人で3泊滞在。 暑い時期でしたが、しっかりエアコンも効いていて清潔で満足。治安も問題ありません ただコインランドリーが2台しかなく、いつ行っても使用中で大変でした、、しかもここだけ現金でちょっと不便。(洗濯機6ユーロ、乾燥機3ユーロ) それ以外はパリ中心部から離れますが、リーズナブルで良いアパートメントホテルだと思います。

エアコンが効き難くリビングが寒かったり、シャワーのお湯が出なくなってしまったのはお勧め出来ないポイント

キッチン付きなので、滞在中に現地の食べ物を試してみたい人には便利。近くにはカルフールシティもありますので、生鮮、チルド、冷凍、グロッサリー商品など簡単に手に入ります。フランスは外食が高いので、安くて、いろんなものを試せます。

Very nice location for escaping many people in Paris. But it is still good access place to use the metro via the tram.

宿泊したのがお正月を挟んだ日程だったせいか、１月に入ったとたん、お部屋のクリーニングをしてもらえませんでした。（フランスは１月１日はほとんどのお店がお休みになるのです） 三が日はバスタオル類も、毎回フロントに取りに行くハメになりましたが、お部屋の雰囲気や広さは充分にあり、満足。 交通アクセスも、徒歩３０秒のところにトラム（路面電車）の停留所があるし、地下鉄の駅も割合近いです。朝食も別途料金になりますが、美味しかったです。

I've stayed 10 days for sightseeing.It was quiet place so it is good for long stay.The room was clean and fathilities were good.As it is bit far from CDG airport, I'll recommend to use remusine bus from the hotel.

パリのホテルとは思えない清潔さ。 ロケーション、広さ、清潔感ともに満足です。 2人では市内のホテルより割高ですが、3人以上で泊まるとお得感があります。 6泊しましたのでタオル交換、掃除はありませんでした。 キッチンがあり、自分たちで料理ができ楽しめました。 最寄はT2線ですが、Porte de Versailles（徒歩5分程度）が便利です。T3線、地下鉄につながっていて、スーパーもそこへ行かないとありません。

Had been trying to communicate with Hotel prior to our trip. We emailed, called for weeks before arrival but nothing back. When we got to the hotel to check in we were told they didn't have our rooms even though confirmation of the booking had been sent to us. They said it was due to a technical issue - but failed to get any information from the technical team or tell us the real reason why we couldn't have our rooms. After 60 minutes of discussion and asking to speak to the manager, finally they were able to give us a bed for the night. Staff were not very helpful at all.

Service was excellent

Très propre, très calme, vraiment proche du parc expo. Personnel (Katia et Rémi) vraiment très à l’écoute et très agréables.

Very friendly checkin and checkout process, very close to T2 tram station. I stayed in two different rooms, quality varies.

Our room didn’t have heating and it was very cold during the night. They tried fixing it and they kind of did on our third night but the heating system was very old and extremely loud. You could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway and the room and bad smell from cooking that was coming from the vents. Room looks better on the pictures, some renovations was done, but you can see very old doors and cupboards were still there.

Great hotel, the only thing i didn’t like is that they don’t clean your room while you are there at all. But is a very cute place, very confortable and good location. Everybody was very nice with us. The guy that works in the restaurant is lovely.

This property was wonderful and so very accommodating with my every request. I had a wonderful experience!
