We have experienced the following uncomfortable services: - first night: the table lamp on the window did not light up. -> cause: wall outlet was out of order. - second day: housekeeper did not replenish the toilet papers in the bathroom. - third day: housekeeper did not change the hand towels in the bathroom. - forth night(last night): the room light suddenly went out. no cause explanation was provided. Anyway, if one or two troubles occur, they may be acceptable; however we consider that service quality of this hotel is not so high.

The stay was quite nice, staffs are very kind. Room is also well. We went to Belen area by car, it is just 10 mintues. For familiy there is an aqualium nearby airport. It takes 30miniutes from the hotel. Location is pretty convenient.

特別に可もなく不可もなく、家族連れでも安心して宿泊できるホテルです。周辺の治安も良いし、スーパーマーケットやレストランも徒歩圏内で便利でした。最寄り駅は歩ける距離ですが、メトロではないためダウンタウンや観光巡りが目的であれば乗り換えが必要です。ホテルの朝食は、５日間の滞在中毎日同じメニューだったが、数種類のパンやチーズ、卵料理やベーコン等の温かい料理、フルーツなどシンプルながら充実している。

中心街からは少し離れていますが、路面電車やバスの停留所からは近く、便利は良いです。４月２５日橋の直下なので場所はわかり易く、近代的でなホテルです。

スタッフや客室の清潔さは文句なく素晴らしかったです． ただし，近隣に買い物できるところが少ないためバスやトラムを利用して他の地区に行く必要がありました． また，メトロ駅から離れているため中心地区に行くのにはタクシーやバスを乗り継ぐ必要があり若干の不便さを感じました． ただし，タクシー自体は，観光地区の近くであるためすぐに拾うことができます．

とても快適なホテルでした。スタッフの方は片言の英語しか話せない自分たちでも意思が伝わりました。 不満を強いて言えば、5ユーロ/日のwifiの電波が部屋まで届かなかったことくらいでしょうか。ただ、ロビーでは快適に使えました。

Our stay at Vila Gale Opera was very nice. We were very pleased with the staff at the front desk. The lobby bar staff was also very fun and interactive. Very nice and clean room, the rooftop pool was enjoyable and views were amazing. Thank you.

Uma boa experiência. Fica perto das docas de santo amaro e do LX factory, então tem boas opções de restaurantes. O café da manhã é bom e incluído no preço. O ponto alto é o roof top com piscina, com uma vista espetacular. Recomendo e posso voltar, com certeza, a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Hotel bem localizado, tem um problema de acústica que poderia ser melhor, por conta da ponte 25 de abril. Mas nao atrapalhou em nada. Cafe da manhã maravilhoso, atendimento atencioso e cortez. Quartos limpos, bonitos, tudo funcionando! Valeu a pena

Genel olarak otelin yerinden ve ortamdan hoşnut kaldım. Birkaç olumsuz yanı vardı. Yatak yeterince rahat değildi. Pencerenin açılmaması ve içeriye temiz hava girmemesi çok sıkıntı vericiydi. Özellikle dışarıda denizden gelen rüzgarlar eserken oda boğucuydu.

Hotel execelnte e com localização privilegiada para acesso à transportes. Equipe muito receptiva. Café da manhã excelente. Boltando a Lisboa, me hospedo no mesmo lugar.
