ホテルの客室は清潔で問題なかったが、壁が薄く、隣の声が丸聞こえで眠れなかった。スタッフは親切、朝食も一般的なものであったが、美味しかった。

We have experienced the following uncomfortable services: - first night: the table lamp on the window did not light up. -> cause: wall outlet was out of order. - second day: housekeeper did not replenish the toilet papers in the bathroom. - third day: housekeeper did not change the hand towels in the bathroom. - forth night(last night): the room light suddenly went out. no cause explanation was provided. Anyway, if one or two troubles occur, they may be acceptable; however we consider that service quality of this hotel is not so high.

The stay was quite nice, staffs are very kind. Room is also well. We went to Belen area by car, it is just 10 mintues. For familiy there is an aqualium nearby airport. It takes 30miniutes from the hotel. Location is pretty convenient.

特別に可もなく不可もなく、家族連れでも安心して宿泊できるホテルです。周辺の治安も良いし、スーパーマーケットやレストランも徒歩圏内で便利でした。最寄り駅は歩ける距離ですが、メトロではないためダウンタウンや観光巡りが目的であれば乗り換えが必要です。ホテルの朝食は、５日間の滞在中毎日同じメニューだったが、数種類のパンやチーズ、卵料理やベーコン等の温かい料理、フルーツなどシンプルながら充実している。

中心街からは少し離れていますが、路面電車やバスの停留所からは近く、便利は良いです。４月２５日橋の直下なので場所はわかり易く、近代的でなホテルです。

スタッフや客室の清潔さは文句なく素晴らしかったです． ただし，近隣に買い物できるところが少ないためバスやトラムを利用して他の地区に行く必要がありました． また，メトロ駅から離れているため中心地区に行くのにはタクシーやバスを乗り継ぐ必要があり若干の不便さを感じました． ただし，タクシー自体は，観光地区の近くであるためすぐに拾うことができます．

とても快適なホテルでした。スタッフの方は片言の英語しか話せない自分たちでも意思が伝わりました。 不満を強いて言えば、5ユーロ/日のwifiの電波が部屋まで届かなかったことくらいでしょうか。ただ、ロビーでは快適に使えました。

Despite the fancy appearance of the entrance way, this is a basic hotel and ideal for business trips. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Nonetheless the sound proofing is poor - I could hear the person next door using the toilet, and the curtains are not blackout. It's insulting to charge over £200 per night and be given one small complimentary bottle of water on arrival which is not replenished through the stay, and similarly to request a coffee machine for your room and pay and additional €1 per capsule. The breakfast has an excellent selection of hot and cold options. I would stay again - but only to return to a conference in the conveniently located congress centre, and only if work are paying.

Très cool comme endroit

A basic 'business' room, very conveniently located for the Lisboa Congress Centre (2-3 minute walk). The entrance lobby gives a sense of an exclusive, up market hotel - the rooms feel dated and are basic. They are however comfortable and clean. Rooms do not come with a coffee machine/kettle, but can be requested from reception - the insult is having to then pay €1 per coffee capsule (despite the room costing over €200). The aircon is ok, but not 'cold' and is rather noisy.
