良いスタッフとあまり良くないスタッフの差がある。

スタッフは親切で優しく、本当に快適に過ごすことができる大好きなホテルです。

色々とアクセスが良い立地でした

15:00前に着いたのですが、すぐにお部屋を用意してくれました。 スタッフの方の対応も親切でした。

Dejligt hotel med en rolig og behagelig atmosfære. Morgenmaden var god og værelserne fine. Sengen var fantastisk at sove i. Et lille minus man kunne høre togene køre forbi, men betød ikke noget i det store hele. Man blev altid mødt af et smil fra det hjælpsomme personale.

Beautiful boutique style hotel with super friendly stuff. Great location.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Not much on the outside, but step into this cute boutique hotel and be surprised. Room was small, but the bathroom was amazing. The location was great, and just a short walk to the Rome metro station that got us everywhere we wanted to go. All the popular sites, as well as the train station (Gare du Nord). Definitely will come back to again.

I thought this was a nice hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was small (as anticipated with most Parisian hotels). I was a little disappointed with the hotel breakfast. I anticipated a little more provision in the food options. I had a hard time with the shower and emitting hot water at times. It would finally stream through, but my last night (shower) did not produce hot water at all. There were a few eateries nearby. But for the most part, you have to drive to get to busy spots of town. Honestly, I would stay here again. It wasn't bad.

Fantastic stay! Really lovely helpful staff! Room was lovely - if I’m being super critical I would have appreciated an iron and coffee making facilities but they were forgotten after having the best sleep in years. Bed was very comfortable, temperature was perfect and black-out blind made for a great nights sleep. Great location 5 mins from Rome metro - hope to return again!

I stayed here during the June “canicule” heatwave and can honestly say this hotel has the coldest AC in Europe. I woke up at night to turn it up, that is … make it warmer. I’m from Texas so I know AC — central air, the real deal. Amazing!

We were really surprised by this hotel. The room was quite luxurious and large. The linens and whatnot were first rate and quite comfortable. The location was great with a couple of blocks walk between 3 different metro stations. Although it was located across the street from railroad tracks, we never really heard any noise. The neighborhoods around the hotel were great for exploring. We would definitely stay here again.

Personalet er meget hjælpsomt. Vi havde problemer med metroen, og fik virkelig god hjælp.

Nicely decorated hotel with decent amenities. Out of tourist areas, but close enough. 1/2 hour from most touristy areas by public transport. Soundproofing of rooms could be improved. Has an unfortunate evacuation due to fire alarm at 23:30 one night, caused by steam from a hot shower getting into smoke detectors in someone’s bedroom.
