Hotel was not new but clean. The room is a shower without a bathtub, it would be better if there was a tub. From the window of the hotel, you can see the Niagara River, but it is quite far. Don't expect a view.

Short waking distance from the Falls. Clean and nice facility. We got the room with the view of the Skylon building.

Nice and clean place to stay

The property is beautiful - lodge styling and looks well maintained. Front desk staff were courteous and didn’t give me any trouble with questions or luggage storage. We stayed in a fallsview room on the 19th (top) floor and the view didn’t disappoint. Breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor was good and not too pricey (not included in stay) and there was a small Starbucks area in the lobby to sit and grab a coffee or small snack. Hotel is conveniently located near a Blue line WEGO bus as well as good food options and not a long walk from Clifton Hill or the falls. Only issue is coming back up the steep hills so wear comfortable shoes. Didn’t get to try the spa amenities but I’d stay here again honestly.

Very nice lobby and entrance. Superior pool. Good staff. Rooms are nice, but a bit dated and worn.

Blocked sink in the washroom and shower didn’t work either. Just the room itself is never enough to enjoy the night. Washrooms are equally important as well especially if you have kids.

Helpful friendly staff, easy check in/out. Clean room with good view of falls considering set back from the main falls view. Good excellent pool - a little heavy on the chlorine (everyone's eyes got sore). Very good value all round but room feels like it needs a bit of maintenance/upkeep. Comfy clean beds. Short walk to everything (10 minutes to waterfront/both resorts/clifton hill), plenty of nearby restaurants/bars etc. Had a great stay and will definitely stay again when we next visit.

Great hotel. The sauna next to the pool is a nice touch. The shower pressure went down a little at night halfway through the shower but overall great experience. Fireworks at 10pm if your room has a partial view.

Stayed here for a holiday weekend in a king room with soaker tub and view of the falls. Everything from check in to check out was amazing. The hotel is in such a perfect and walkable location to everything. Pool and jacuzzi was great. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Niagara Falls!

Have stayed here before. The property condition was excellent. Staff was great and very conveniently located. Restaurant staff was exceptional. Will start here again. God Bless.

I had arranged this hotel stay for a couple known to our family and they loved the hotel and the amenities.

We liked all about the hotel. Atmosphere, room size, pool and spa

Pillow case had mold on it, not safe for children.

The check-in was smooth, and the staff provided us each with a warm cookie before we headed up to our room. Found the room to be very tidy and clean, I always check for pests and not only were NONE found but even the areas I routinely check had no significant dust or cobwebs (wall and floor area at the head of the beds, behind the headboards, etc.). Quite impressed and will stay here again I’m sure.
