The hotel was totally excellent, however I couldn’t stay at the room with ocean view by my misunderstanding.So I tried to change the next day after confirming the room, but someone booked before it. I missed. One of disappointed things was the dispersal cups wasn’t changed to new ones. And after cleaning the room, the door was unlocked. It was a big problem. The terrace was very nice and the staffs were very kind and friendly.

要望通りの部屋を用意してくれました。素晴らしかった。 アマルフィからサレルノ、カプリ島、ポジターノへの移動に船を使いましたが、ホテルから船着き場まで５分くらいで便利でした。 お蔭で良い旅行になりました。

朝ごはんは受付横の屋外で気持ち良く食べることができ、部屋もオーシャンビューのテラスがあり最高だった。 場所も船の乗り場から平坦な道で、他のホテルに比べて移動しやすく良かった

8月に宿泊しました。ホテルの写真を見てとても素敵だと思い決めたのですが、実際宿泊してみたら１つ星か2つ星のホテルぐらいに、なんの飾りもないホテルで、部屋に入った瞬間にだまされた！！と思いました。他のレビューがほめているのが理解できません。オーシャンビューと言っても、海岸の端っこがかろうじて見えるだけです。ほんと、失敗したと思いました。詐欺ではないかと感じるほどです。決してお勧めできません！

部屋の壁が真っ白で、アーチ形のテラスにはテーブルとイス・・・・アマルフィの海を眺望できるホテルです。でも24000円出すホテルではありません。やはり、3星、浴槽付きの条件でしたが、シャワーのみ、もともとスウィートしか浴槽はないそうです。ホテルコムの条件の誤りだと・・・。浴槽もないのにこんなこんな金額出しません。水回りが狭く、トイレと洗面とシャワー室でたたみ１畳＋α、せっかくのアマルフィ、金額弾んだのにがっかりです。部屋の条件は、正確に書いてほしいものです。

広いバルコニーつきのスペースと気さくで陽気なスタッフに好感が持てる。次の機会にはゆっくりと滞在したい、と思う。

This hotel was great. It was close to the town but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Safe parking was available for a fee. The included breakfast was a great perk, and the staff was kind and helpful.

Hotel Aurora was wonderful from the time we booked. The hotel reached out and arranged a private transfer from the airport. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. There was a nice breakfast daily. The hotel is located in walking distance to all the shopping and dining. When we left I forgot my watch in the bed and the hotel immediately alerted our driver and arranged to have to shipped back to me! We had a lovely stay.

We had an incredible stay at the Aurora. Starting with the airport pickup in Naples. The staff were so helpful, kind and friendly! Thank you Marisa for all your great suggestions. The breakfast was amazing with hot and cold options and whether it was served inside or outside the views took our breath away! We didn’t meet Daniela but as we went into town and told people where we were staying, they had nothing but great things to say about her and the hotel. We had a week we will never forget! Thank you thank you!!!

Good location, walkable to the town centre but away from the busyness. Staff were friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely in the sun. Room was spacious though walls were thin and we could hear the people next door at night. Hotel has access to the beach which you have to pay for but it is free for guests after 1430. Overall, I would stay here again.

LOVE the breakfast buffet on the patio! The facility is very nice- BUT we discovered fleas in the bed! The staff were prompt to come and treat and clean up the room, at least.

Splendido soggiorno, camera pulitissima e con vista magnifica. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Struttura rimodernata e accogliente. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un upgrade di camera dato che era il nostro anniversario

The best part of the hotel was the location. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the port for ferries. Room was fine.

At the Hotel Aurora, I was very warmly welcomed. They offered me all the information and suggestions I needed to make my trip easier. The rooms were clean, quiet, and close to transportation. A 5-minute walk to the boat and bus stops. A 5-minute walk to the Cathedral of San Andrés. And best of all, the staff was attentive.

So glad we booked Hotel Aurora for our Amalfi stay! We arrived by ferry and left by SITA bus: both were super easy to reach from the hotel, as were the cathedral and main attractions. The walk to the hotel is completely flat (a big plus in Amalfi, where stairs are everywhere!), and there’s also an elevator, which made getting around even easier. There are plenty of food options nearby, and wow… the view! Breakfast was included, and we enjoyed it with the most perfect panorama. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.
