早朝出発のため空港までのタクシーを予約した際、スタッフは親切に対応してくれました。部屋はまあまあ快適でした。

雲西駅に近く、仁川で乗り換える方にも便利です。残念ながら、送迎サービスはありません。

部屋には虫がたくさんいました。アメニティは充実していました。部屋とバスルームはとても広かったです。

確かに古いホテルです。でも、他の古いホテルと比べると清潔感は良かったです。スタッフはとても親切で、チェックインもとてもスムーズでした。レストランやミニマーケット（GS25、NiceCU、セブンイレブン）も近くにあります。私たちが訪れた時もまだ桜が咲いていた公園もすぐ近くです。とても素敵でした。

Just call that you arrived at the airport and. The Hotel Shuttel arrived in 10minutes at Gate 7, third floor. Nice room, and bathroom. Super satisfied and yes. Highly recommended!

I was back from US for one night transit at the Hotel and the staff was very polite and friendly they almost can speak English very well , Korean breakfast was nice, and there are so many restaurant and store around and I would like to stay here again next time

The staffs are super friendly, helpful and efficient. The free bus shuttle service to and fro airport is very convenient. The Korean buffet breakfast is also very delicious. The staff can communicate with us in good English 👍👍👍
