スタッフがとても親切で快適に過ごせました。

特筆すべき点はスタッフがフレンドリーだった事。ロケーションもよく、屋上のコモンプレースものんびりするには最高の場所だった。結果お勧め出来るホテルだったと思う。2つだけ残念だったのは、バスルームのドアが閉まらなかった事。常に若干開いたままだった事が残念だった。もう一つは、サグラダファミリア教会の予約時間のため、割と朝早くにモーニングコールを頼んだが、完全に忘れられた様子だった。たまたま自分で起きたからよかったが、寝入っってしまったらと思うとちょっと怖かった。総合評価は４としたが、４,５位な感じだった。

バスタブが無かったのは残念でしたが、それは値段との相関関係でしょうからそれはそれで。 フロントの方のホスピタリティは最高。場所もゴシック街の非常に雰囲気のある場所であり、まあ、日本のホテルではなかなか見受けられないロケーションでした。

バスタブはない部屋が多いので注意。

ﾃﾗｽの家具やサービスが最低。テラスからの眺めは全くよくない。 ホテルは小さな路地にあるので、タクシーが入れない場合がある。ＨＰでは、送迎のサービスがあるとかいてあったが、市内のホテルからの送迎は断られた。

バルセロナ４泊のうち、２泊をマンダリンオリエンタルに、残りの２泊をホテルネリにしました。ゴシック地区の中心にあるカテドラルからすぐで、Relais & Châteauxのメンバーホテルらしく、サービスもホテルの建物も洗練されています。こじんまりとしていて、大型のラグジュアリーホテルとは違う良さがあり、スタッフの方もとても親切。心地よく過ごす事ができました。アメニティは、日本なら普通常備してある歯ブラシやシャワーキャップ、スリッパ、ガウン、等はありません。バスタブは、スタンダード以上の部屋のみについています。

全体的にはとても良かった。クオリティ、スタッフともに。部屋の窓に面した、裏の広場が袋小路的なところにあり、酔っぱらいや夜中までギターが騒ぐ地元のやつらに辟易した。その路地は地図にのってないので迷うポイントでもある。あとできればバスタブが欲しかった。その2点がマイナス評価。

Fantastic, wonderful service from the staff and the place is visually enchanting

I felt underwhelmed with my stay, I paid a lot of money for the terrace room but it wasn’t worth the price at all. The terrace was overlooked by construction work and during the day I had no privacy as the construction workers would be looking down on the terrace. The terrace was also so bare and not what I’d expect from a five star hotel. The room service was okay but again, nothing outstanding for the price. The saving grace was the service from the doorman. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a luxury experience.

Amazing

The best hotel in the Gothic Zone due to hospitality, walkability & exceptional service by staff, especially the ever personable & charming Thomas & the wonderful female concierge who assisted in booking our restaurant reservations.

Thoma who coordinate my luggage and taxi was terrific and 5 star service. Checking in and out smooth, 5 star.The food was delicious. However, the molten chocolate dessert took close to 45 minutes and was horrible. Much too sweet badly baked and with half a tea spoon of crème fresh. I complained to the waiter. Suggested that he bring it back for the chef to taste as he should be aware of what is leaving his kitchen. It made the dinner experience a disappointment and certainly not what to expect from a Relais and Chateau. I will not be dining at their restaurant agsin. Brings the whole place down. Apart from the dining experience, I would have given staff and a higher ranking.

This is now, officially our favorite hotel ever. From check-in, to perfect rooms thoughtfully prepared, to recommendations of what to do and see, to our delicious dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Special thanks to Thomas, who made us feel as though we were guests of an especially gracious and interesting multi-lingual friend. When our taxi to the station was late, he bounded out of the hotel with our luggage to snag us a cab in the street. Above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A gem hotel. Not possible to access with a car if you are driving. There is a parking near by. The staff are really nice and friendly. Nice restaurant as well. Gorgeous lobby.

Incredibly helpful staff, perfect location, amazing space. Stayed with my wife and sone in one of the Neri Apartments and it couldn't have been more perfect. Apartments are a good size, well appointed, clean, lots of closet space, and surprisingly quiet.

Hotel Neri – A True Gem in the Heart of Barcelona After a somewhat frustrating experience at a four-star hotel across Plaza España in Madrid, our second stay at Hotel Neri in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter was a breath of fresh air—just as unforgettable as the first. This boutique hotel has a way of making guests feel completely at home. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and consistently went above and beyond. They checked in with us regularly, provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, and helped us navigate transportation in an area that isn’t the easiest to reach. Even the transfer to the airport was seamless and stress-free. We felt genuinely cared for—and more than a little spoiled! The team’s attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality truly stand out. Hotel Neri continues to set the gold standard for guest experience. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning again. Huge kudos to the entire staff for making our second stay just as special. You’ve won our loyalty!

Excellent location for the Gothic Quarter. Lovely staff. The restaurant wad fabulous especially eating out on the patio. Their service level is excellent.

Hotel Neri is a lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is really kind and accommodating. They had recommendations for great restaurants and places to go.

Really lovely hotel tucked away in the Gothic district but well Located. The best part of the hotel was Tomas. He was such a friendly, comical, and lively gentleman who helped us with anything we needed. When we first walked in it felt very homey and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and as cold as you wanted them to be at night. Very unique hotel for Europe and we loved our stay.
