スタッフがとても親切で快適に過ごせました。

特筆すべき点はスタッフがフレンドリーだった事。ロケーションもよく、屋上のコモンプレースものんびりするには最高の場所だった。結果お勧め出来るホテルだったと思う。2つだけ残念だったのは、バスルームのドアが閉まらなかった事。常に若干開いたままだった事が残念だった。もう一つは、サグラダファミリア教会の予約時間のため、割と朝早くにモーニングコールを頼んだが、完全に忘れられた様子だった。たまたま自分で起きたからよかったが、寝入っってしまったらと思うとちょっと怖かった。総合評価は４としたが、４,５位な感じだった。

バスタブが無かったのは残念でしたが、それは値段との相関関係でしょうからそれはそれで。 フロントの方のホスピタリティは最高。場所もゴシック街の非常に雰囲気のある場所であり、まあ、日本のホテルではなかなか見受けられないロケーションでした。

バスタブはない部屋が多いので注意。

ﾃﾗｽの家具やサービスが最低。テラスからの眺めは全くよくない。 ホテルは小さな路地にあるので、タクシーが入れない場合がある。ＨＰでは、送迎のサービスがあるとかいてあったが、市内のホテルからの送迎は断られた。

バルセロナ４泊のうち、２泊をマンダリンオリエンタルに、残りの２泊をホテルネリにしました。ゴシック地区の中心にあるカテドラルからすぐで、Relais & Châteauxのメンバーホテルらしく、サービスもホテルの建物も洗練されています。こじんまりとしていて、大型のラグジュアリーホテルとは違う良さがあり、スタッフの方もとても親切。心地よく過ごす事ができました。アメニティは、日本なら普通常備してある歯ブラシやシャワーキャップ、スリッパ、ガウン、等はありません。バスタブは、スタンダード以上の部屋のみについています。

全体的にはとても良かった。クオリティ、スタッフともに。部屋の窓に面した、裏の広場が袋小路的なところにあり、酔っぱらいや夜中までギターが騒ぐ地元のやつらに辟易した。その路地は地図にのってないので迷うポイントでもある。あとできればバスタブが欲しかった。その2点がマイナス評価。

I stayed at a relais and chateaux in Madrid. That hotel was amazing so I assumed this property would be the same. Not at all. If the had rated this as a 4 star. I would be more accepting. From the beginning there were issues. Perhaps some was communication barriers. Some things they strived for but can not achieve The room was very small but sufficient and comfortable The bath was nice but the shower leaked onto the floor whenever I showered. The water pressure was fantastic. One thing I don’t understand is that shampoo and body wash was in a cup. I never did figure out how to use it and I have never seen a setup like this before and hopefully never again. The tv was so complicated that I had to get the front desk to show me and after 10 minutes she kind of gave up too. They did not replace the drinking water until I asked on day 3. The coffee was very good. It was a self grinding machine. The problem is that housekeeping never serviced the machine so it stopped working on day 3 also. They did come to fix promptly I chose the hotel was that parts of it were built in the 1200’s. Unfortunately they have spent much time covering the history up. The location was amazing and I loved that. They also offer an in room massage. Amazing, get it and ask for Juan. Every time I mentioned an issue they apologized and They tried very hard to make things right and even gave ne a free massage The hotel just is not capable of the wow factor I expected because of Madrid

Beautiful hotel - a bit difficult to get in and out with a car, but loved it.

It was a cute stay but not a five star. The rooftop pools are tiny and more like a dipping small pool. There are no drinks or food there. Also our room was in a completely seperate building across the hotel main lobby. Felt more like an Airbnb than a luxury hotel .

I received a very warm welcome when I arrived, and the staff and service were e excellent, and my room wonderful. And, the location was great.

We stayed in the adjacent apartment building. Perfect for our young family. The rooms are amazing and the rooftop pool with views of the Cathedral is incredible. Our kids were in the pool every day. Tomas on the door and Simon at the front desk were fantastic. I e-mailed a couple of times before the stay and got responses right away. This is an amazing team. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Barcelona!

This hotel offers Gothic Quarter style aesthetic and charm along with modern comfort and amenities. The restaurant is excellent, the staff was gracious and helpful, and we really loved the rooftop pool. We especially appreciated the elevator and the generous air conditioning! Highly recommend for a stay in Barcelona!

Hotel is situated in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Very, very historical and charming. Hotel is elegant, artistic, and with all modern conveniences. Outdoor portion of hotel restaurant is in a historically significant plaza. Sitting there sipping wine would in itself be a nice holiday, but, of course, Barcelona is one of the great cities of the world.

Thomas greeted us at the door and made sure everything was in order and handling whatever we needed during our stay. A beautifully appointed hotel in the perfect spot of the Gothic Quarter. When we return to Barcelona, we will stay at Hotel Nero.

Quiet, clean and very close to all interesting museums and cathedrals!

The staff were incredibly friendly, engaging and helpful. Their English was great, and it made visiting smoother as our Spanish is terrible

The staff was so attentive and helpful for our every need. We loved the hotel and the great little spots we found close by!
