チェックインの時、暑さにぐったりしていた私にお水をいただき、とても嬉しかった。また、なかなかうまく話せなかった私に、対応していただきありがとうございます。

サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ駅から徒歩15～20分くらいです。フィレンツェ中心街からは離れていますが、周りが静かで落ち着けて良かったです。チェックイン時にフィレンツェのとても分かり易いマップをいただけました。温かいものはありませんでしたが朝食はとても美味しかったです。飲み物はスタッフの方から淹れて貰いました。カプチーノ、とても美味しかったです。（余談ですが、中央駅からホテルまでの道のりでVia Nazionaleを通ったのですが、道が狭く、さらに道がガタガタしているためスーツケースで移動するのにはおすすめしません）

困ったことや聞きたいことができたとき、どの従業員もスムーズに感じよく対応してくれるホテルでした 部屋も清潔でシャワーの湯温も適温に調節可能でしたので、とても快適に過ごすことができました 長い滞在でしたがイヤな思いや不安な思いを一度もすることがなかったです ホテルの回りの環境もとても安心できるところでしたので、女性の一人旅にはお勧めできるホテルです

駅からは歩いて15分ほどで大きい荷物を持っている場合は少ししんどいです。部屋やスタッフはよく満足でした。また観光地も歩いていける距離なのでよかったです。

まず、駅や、中心街から遠い。フィレンツェの街が小さいので歩けないことはない。部屋は狭い。一人には十分だが。シャワーも狭い。７泊したが、徐々に愛着もわく。朝食はパン、コーヒー、ヨーグルト、シリアルと簡単なもの。ないよりまし。スタッフはみな親切。英語話せる。安さと多少遠くてもいい、と思われる人はいいかも。時間もなく、中心街に近いほうがいいかたはおすすめしない。

It was just a short walk from the square and was so charming! I wish I would have had more time here, and the staff were so sweet and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great place and staff

Booked a quad - it was a two bedroom suite. It was great with lots room! Loved it! Francesca at the front desk was very helpful with information and was very personable!

Every member of staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The room was a good size well decorated and very clean. Only a 15 minute walk from the station and 10 minutes to the duomo. Enjoyed our stay. thank you

When we first got our room, we were not happy. It was very small, old and noisy from being on a blvd where motorcycles loudly drive by. I had booked 2 rooms (one for us and one for our relatives) when I saw their room, on the other side of hotel, I immediately went back to reception to request a room change to one like them. 😊 Francesca immediately understood and happily moved us to the room next to my brother, because it was empty! Which happened to be an upgrade as well. That move made all the difference in our trip. She was very helpful during our stay and we really appreciate her great service and awesome personality. The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee 👏

A lot of noise. You can hear everything that happens inside and outside the hotel. Other than that, great staff and great location.

Unfortunately, the restroom was not well-maintained. A bath mat or towels were never replaced. We enjoyed the coffee in the room only once. They never replace the coffee or took the dirty cups away.

Superbe hôtel très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Florence à pieds . Le personnel est très agréable , tres aimable et de bons conseils . Quant à la voiture nous l’avons garé dans un parking indiqué par l’hôtel à 10 minutes à pieds . Nous avons adoré cet hôtel

Leider kann ich die Unterkunft nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Auf der Expedia-Seite wird damit geworben, dass das Hotel eine Parkmöglichkeit bietet… Leider Falsch! Es muss das öffentliche Parkhaus, ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß genutzt werden. In den engen Gassen kann (wenn man Glück hat) man kurz zum Ausladen des Gepäcks halten. Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind (17 Monate) und entsprechend auch einem Kinderwagen unterwegs gewesen. Leider waren wir im 2. Stock untergebracht, mussten den Kinderwagen hochtragen, da der Aufzug für max. 2 Personen geeignet ist. Das Zimmer erinnerte an eine Absperrkammer. Die Türe zum Bad war eine antike (einfach uralte) Holztüre, welche klemmte. Nach Meldung der Mängel wurden wir zwar in ein deutlich größeres Zimmer untergebracht, dass aber leider auch nicht barrierefrei war. So mussten wir den Kinderwagen immer Treppen rauf und runter tragen. Kein schönes Urlaubserlebnis. Das neue Zimmer lag direkt an einer Kreuzung, weshalb auch bis in die Nacht der Straßenlärm das Schlafen verhinderte. Selbstverständlich wurde die Anfrage, ob eine Erstattung der zweiten Nacht möglich sei, da wir gerne vorher abreisen wollten (aufgrund der Umstände) abgelehnt. Alles in allem leider keine Empfehlung! Schade!
