The cash only deposit of $200 felt like I'm dealing with some kind mafia, and the fact they gaslit me for thinking it's the norm made it extra sus. I've never had to do that at any hotel I've stayed at it just felt shady.

Got there early.Even though No One was there, they would not let us in the room an hour early even though it was ready and paid for.I asked to see the room, she showed us, and the room REEKED of bacon, she even said so….I asked to at least put on the ac for us so it would be cold ,she allowed us to turn it on… Then we had to sit in the lobby for about an hour with NO AC, because they had ALL the AC turned off in the lobby and ALL hallways!!! It was like an Armpit in there…Totally gross and scummy operation…..the room was fine, not great, but fine except for the bacon smell Never went away…we will NEVER stay at such a scumbag hotel..Looks like a family run, with no Standards…Please, Go,Elsewhere !!! Tacky plant in the lobby growing everywhere also…….goes with the front desk staff on our visit….

The distance from the beach was the only redeeming quality. The lobby was “closed” and had to call to enter, but someone was at the front desk, so was able to check in. The second floor had a very odd smell. The room felt humid, which probably explains the mold on the curtains - probably not good that the AC was spreading that in the room.

stayed here for one night with my family while in town for a family reunion. We weren’t expecting luxury, and while the beds were uncomfortable, we could’ve overlooked that for a short stay. However, the main issue — and one that genuinely concerns me — was the bathroom sink in our room. The water lines were reversed: the cold tap was scalding hot, and the hot tap was cold. I turned on the tap to wash my hands and ended up severely burning myself. My hand turned red and puffy. I immediately reported this to the front desk, and while the staff said they would notify maintenance, there was no urgency or first-aid support offered. When I returned later and asked for burn ointment, they checked but didn’t have any available. This is a serious safety hazard. I truly hope they fix it before someone else — especially a child — gets hurt. Because of this incident and the lack of proper response, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning in the future.

It's very basic and cheap, but it's the only option for pets. It's pretty run-down, but the cleaning people do a great job. There was a fridge, so that was nice. The bathrooms and rooms are very old but somewhat maintained, so okay overall. Beds are hard, and the a/c doesn't work well. Terrible water pressure in the shower. Would I stay here again? No. Did I feel safe? Yes. Was I ever grossed out by anything? No. Overall its a 4/10.

Exceeded expectations especially in regards to value. Large room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Everything you want with a great price point.

Adoramos o hotel, a mini cozinha nos ajudou muito, eles tem café o dia todo, de manhã tem uma fruta, barrinha, tem coisas pra vender tb, o hotel é próximo a tudo, estacionamento ótimo, voltaria com certeza. Hotel simples, limpo e nos atendeu super bem.

Just came back from my first Oceanside weekend at this hotel, we typically stay at another but this year was out of my price range. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were and clean too. It came with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, extra sink….the beds were quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and price was very reasonable.

Nice hotel. Quiet. Clean. Easy parking. Was surprised when we were told at check-in that because we were staying 3 nights there would be $200.00 CASH deposit refundable at checkout if all was good. No information was given to us ahead of time. ATM in lobby did not work. Had to go to bank. This should be stated in hotel description or in communication before arriving. Money was refunded upon checkout. Started stay off on wrong foot but, in the end, enjoyed the hotel and no problems.
