移動手段に間に合わなくて、急遽、宿泊しました。カレル城を中心に観光するには良い場所です。帰国時に、シェアサービスを使いましたが、同日、マラソンのために非常に遅れたため、フロントに相談しましたが、ほとんど役にたたず、非常に焦りました。

古くて由緒ある建物。

プラハ城下の坂道に位置するホテル。到着時にはウェルカムクッキーがありました。スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで、ホテル周辺のコンビニ事情など、質問したことに丁寧に的確に答えてくれました。また、帰りのピックアップサービスの車が時間になっても来ず、不安になって相談したら、快く先方に電話で問い合わせてくれました。ホテル周辺には小さなスーパーやおみやげ物店、レストランなどがありとても便利です。ホテルは坂の中腹にあるため、途中で疲れたらお店に立ち寄りながら帰るのもいいかもしれません。トリプルルームを利用しましたが、部屋は広く、エスプレッソマシーンやポットがありました。客室内にフリーwifiがあります。スリッパもセーフティーボックスもあり、快適に過ごせました。朝食は、生野菜（きゅうり、トマト、ピーマン）、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト、ジュース、フルーツなどがあり、また、パンやペストリーの種類が豊富でおいしかったです。最終日には朝食会場兼カフェでチェコ名物のはちみつケーキをいただきました。宿泊客には20％割引が適用されました。

古い建物を改造したため、近代的なホテルのような快適さはない。 フロントのスタッフは親切だったが、レストランの給仕はあまり やる気が感じられなかった。 坂道をかなり上るので、最初は、戸惑うが、場所的には、お城と 中心部の中間にある。

　立地、周辺環境、館内の雰囲気、設備共素晴らしいホテルです。ただ非常に残念だったのは、夜間のフロント（三日間同一人物）の態度で、到着早々２室予約した両部屋共バスタブが付いてなかったため、部屋の変更を依頼したところ、舌打ちするかのような応対でした(結果は、満室に近かったせいか　１室のみの変更でした）。その後はお互い気まづく（彼、いかにも小心そう。こちらも嫌がるのを無理に押し付けたような気がして）、出来るだけ顔を合わせないようにしてフロント前を通過。折角の、ちょっと勿体ないようなホテルなのに、そのホテルの顔ともいうべきフロントにこういう人物がいては台無しです。

Toilet had dried pee all over it. Only one roll of toilet paper. Sheets didn’t look very clean. No toiletries. No wash rags. Only one towel. One employee told me the next employee could book my transportation to the airport. The next one said he couldn’t do it. When he did book it, he booked it for 4:15pm instead of 415am!

Great stay at a 15th century hotel building ! I especially enjoyed the hospitality from the front desk lady . I don’t remember her name but she is from the Ukraine . She was very sweet and kind .

Charming hotel, suited us perfectly!

A really lovely home away from home with very comfortable rooms.

Woke up twice in the night. The phone called and some people were making a lot of ruckus in the hallway. Had been looking forward to getting some sleep. Otherwise it is fine but sterile.

Bra läge, trevligt rum och bra personal.

Upon arrival , the ambiance was positive: traditional Czech house from last two centuries, high ceiling and cool interior , a nice refuge from late afternoon summer heat. But room lacked face towels, no telephone for calling reception and standing shower stall small even for an average person. Bed and sofa n pillows comfortable though. Receptionist seemed mostly bored and gruff. Breakfast service was very late starting at 8am. Ok if you are not on business n in a hurry. Breakfast spread quite good though. Visited a friend staying at DESIGN HOTEL NERUDOVA further up the street. Such a contrast in terms of colours on the walls, and staff always warm and helpful. And it was a full service cafe!

Overall a nice stay and room. However the room was cold and one day at breakfeast both coffeemachines did not work. The staff was always helpfull.

Bästa läge till centrala Prag, 300m från Karlov bron, super rent och tyst, trevlig personal, bra frukost, alltså 10 av 10.

This was a nice place to stay, it does have many stairs and it is on a steep street, but the location to see the Palace and St. Vitus Cathedral was perfect, you can see it from the hotel and you can hear the church bells.

Great Location for tourists

Buen hotel ubicado en el centro , pero no hablan bien el inglés

Not all rooms are elevator accessible! No one to assist getting luggage upstairs. Even though ground floor or elevator accessible room was requested.

Room was very nice and good location. It was just 4 flights of stairs to get to the room, so a bit tedious going up and down. Garden at the back was nice to relax at the end of the day.
