ロードトリップの途中で利用しました。 到着が夜遅くになってしまいましたが、スタッフの方が笑顔で迎えてくれました。日本が好きと言ってくれていたので、チェックインでサインをする際に漢字書いたらとっても喜んでくれてこちらも嬉しくなりました。 翌朝も朝ごはんを取りに行った時、別のスタッフの方が靴がちゃんとはけていなかった私に、転ばないように気をつけてねと声をかけてくれて素敵なスタッフさん達だなと感じました。 お部屋は、年期は入っていますが清潔で、冷凍と冷蔵が完全に別れ冷蔵庫と、電子レンジがあったので良かったです。 朝ごはんも、食パンや、自分で焼くタイプのワッフル、シリアル、牛乳、ジュース2種類、ヨーグルト、アップルソース、ドーナツなど選択肢豊富で嬉しかったです。 またキャスパーを訪れることがあれば利用したいです。

周辺のモーテルより明らかに古いが、それなりに努力してメンテナンスはやっている。フロント係も感じは良く、移動中の１泊宿としては不満は感じなかった。

I was very surprised when we got there. I was not expecting a clean facility or friendly staff. It is an old hotel and shows it's age but they keep it clean and appear to be updating and remodeling it.

Difficult check in process. Dog barking in adjacent room and staff would do nothing about it. Desk staff talking very loudly at 12:30-1am with guest in hallway. Will not stay again.

I was impressed with the breakfast or the parking But the motel waswell taken care of.

Nice place. They were doing work on the facility but that’s necessary for the place to stay modern.

The outside is needing repairs

This property was sadly misrepresented in its picture, the building was very run down had multiple areas boarded up with cation tape up. It was dirty. The building and businesses around the property were abandoned and boarded up. I did not feel safe in the area.

Friendly staff

The outside could use some work but, the room and workers were excellent!!

My stay a showboat was great People great Issue i had was trying to connect w Hotels.com and figure what was going on. People at Showboat are wonderful. Hitels.com having technical issure when i tried to coneect with you. Hitels.com needs a phone number so a person can contact them directly. Thank you showboat see you next time im down

Had a error with being charged twice n tried to get straightened out with Hotels.com Not sure if it was resolved yet Motel charged me $62 and you guys charged me $78 for another thing Plus cgarged twice

The access to and from property. Though I realize it is the motel's fault.

The price is very reasonable, and has a designated dog area that was convenient. It’s a solid place for the price.

Road construction in front of the hotel made it extremely difficult to get to the location - had to use the alley. Not the hotel's fault, though. Otherwise it was just an inexpensive hotel, not the cleanest grounds, etc.

Lots of construction around the area making it difficult to get in and out of hotel. Hotel is older and outdated but clean. Staff was nice.

my family stayed at the national 9 showboat in Casper WY. We would like it to be known that the hotel is not as advertised. The listing for the hotel is very misleading, it says that there is a designated smoking area when really half the hotel allows smoking. This was very inconvenient for my family because both my child and I suffer from lung disease. There is nothing to block any smell/smoke from entering the nonsmoking side causing the hallways to be very smoky and the building to have a strong smell. As well as this there are large gaps in the door to make it even worse. There were also no options for smoking rooms in the listing making it impossible for us to know it would be this way. The room was also very damaged and dingy. The bed sheets had rips in them and the walls are peeling/cracking. There are dead bugs in the windowsill as well as a layer of dirt. The towels were not fully stocked and we were given two bottles of shampoo and no conditioner. There was also an incident that led to patrons having to stand and wait for a long period of time while the staff sat in the back room and talked. We think it would be a good idea to update the listing. We also have pictures of the outside of the building, hallways, and room damage available if needed.

The hotel is very clean. It’s definitely outdated, but clean. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Housecleaning did a nice job cleaning up our room when we out and about. Other reviews of hotel mentioned difficulty getting to hotel due to road construction. That’s true but not motels fault. Price for this hotel is very reasonable compared to other hotels in area.
