先ず、チェックインの際のスタッフの説明（英語）が完璧でした。予約の確認、パスポートのチェック、無料WiFiの接続方法、朝食の場所と時刻、ダウンタウンへの行き方と地図の紹介などをあっという間に終了し、直ぐに部屋に通されました。疲れている身には非常に有難かったです。部屋は奇麗に掃除されており、バスタブも十分な大きさで奇麗でした。セイフティーボックスも使い易かったです。また、ミラノへの列車の時刻を尋ねた際には、PCで調べてプリントアウトしてくれました。朝食は種類が多くて、とても美味しかったです。徒歩５分ほどの所に大きなスーパーマーケットがあるのも便利でした。湖まで徒歩で約２０分かかるのが難点ですが、旅行中のいいエクササイズだと思えば、気になりません。ダウンタウンに行く途中にあるジェラート屋さんに寄るのも楽しみでした。帰国の際にお願いしたタクシーの値段は１１０ユーロだと教えてくれて、予約した時刻の１０分前には運転手（英語が堪能）がロビーで待っていてくれました。また宿泊したいホテルです。

Voraus: Wir waren von Sa, 11. bis So, 12. Oktober im Hotel, die oben stehende Angabe im Formular (10.-11.10.2025) trifft nicht zu. Das Hotel Como ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die vier Sterne sind wegen der komfortablen Zimmergrösse berechtigt, doch im Badezimmer gibt es Defizite (z.B. klemmende Duschtüren, kaputter WC-Bürstenhalter, fehlende Kleenex und Hygienebeutel). Das Personal an der Réception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel empfiehlt sich vor allem für Leute, die mit dem Auto anreisen, denn es hat viele Parkplätze. Wenn man mit dem Zug anreist empfiehlt sich ein Taxi, der Fussmarsch beansprucht zwischen 20 bis 30 Minuten und man muss den Stadtplan lesen können. Auch der Marsch ins Stadtzentrum braucht 20 Minuten, selbst für ältere Leute, die es gewöhnt sind, viel zu laufen. Allerdings kostet ein Taxi vom Stadtzentrum zum Hotel nur 10.00 bis 12.00 EURO. Zum Fragebogen: Die Frage, ob das Hotel ökologisch ist, lässt sich nach einer einzigen Übernachtung nicht beantworten. Freundliche Grüsse HN

A very modern and clean hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Staff were superb and we parked on the lake front without a problem, they do have their own parking a short walk away. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone, superbly appointed and ideally placed on the lake side.

Very good hotel reasonably well located to all facilities. Staff were really helpful and breakfast was good. Unusually there were no tissues to use in the room and the lights flickered a lot in the room. Other than that there was not a lot to complain about nice touch was a pool and bar on the fifth floor that we liked.

Great location - easy walk to the old town and restaurants and the ferry terminal. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast was good. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with lots of seating and a nice pool bar. My only beef is the €1.50 for the use of a pool towel.

Une seule nuit sur Côme que nous connaissons déjà donc balade en vélo de l’hôtel ( parking gratuit mais place limitée ) notre chambre était au rdc et chambre handicapée donc plutôt spartiate ! Les wc etait haut ! Et la douche il y avait un siège pour s’assoir ! Grande salle de bain mais l’eau de la douche n’avait pas de bac ! Donc eau partout , très bien pour un fauteuil roulant mais pour un valide ça glisse de partout Un peu dommage Roof top avec piscine et bar Personnel top

Unfortunately we cut our stay at this hotel short & moved elsewhere. Extremely unpleasant room, “prison esque”. Bathroom was vile, smelly, no window. Toilet brush holder full of filthy brown water. No toiletries, no cups, no water provided. Breakfast poor, pre prepared, tinned fruit etc, not fresh or home made. Parking extremely limited, however lady on reception very helpfully moved her car so we could park. Certainly not a 4 star hotel.
