総合評価とレビュー Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Meridian

Quiet, nice shower, bed, pillows, breakfast, however we chose this hotel because it had a spa and we were so looking forward to relaxing in the hot water. We went to our room and changed into our suits. We were then informed that the spa was closed for repair but would be ready in 30 min. We patiently waited in our suits only to be told it was still not fixed. We couldn’t use our computers because no WiFi password anywhere.

Justin and his coworker at the front desk, I can’t remember her name, maybe Audrey? They were the best. She asked if there was anything else she could help me with and I jokingly said, “a babysitter”. She did not miss a beat and turned and told Justin she had just signed him up to babysit. Justin did not miss a beat and his rate was $37.99 and that is because he changes dispersed too. This show me som personality and that if I really needed anything they would be sure to help. Breakfast was awesome too. Nancy and the other girls working the breakfast area made sure everything was staying as stocked as possible. Hard to do with a hotel sold out over Memorial Day weekend. Nancy greeted everyone that she came in contact with. She greeted me several times. I told her we were keeping her on her toes. She said her and the girls did not need gym membership because they were getting their steps in. I joked as long as their phones were in their pockets to count their step. Overall enjoyable.

This was by far our favorite hotel pool was clean and fun and are room was super nice

Stayed here a number of times due to convenience and quality

Got here trying to find good price, convenient location between Airport,Meridian and Eagle. Found this to be pretty much what I needed. What I was impressed with was size of the room, cleanliness of the place and a good vibe in what would otherwise be considered just an industrial park kind of hotel. Really, impressed with the staff who took pride in their place and made the stay a very good one. Thanks.

Hotels.com did not forward handicapped rooms needed for wife and mother. Worried they my fall in bathroom. When booking I selected 2 handicapped rooms.😒😒😒

Breakfast staff was amazingly friendly!

Besides the smart mouthed front desk guy that pissed off my husband, it was fine. He was put in his place and shut up quick.

The breakfast ladies were sp.nice and the food was great. Comfortable, clean room.
